I hadn’t used Obie in years, but after some ups and downs with other companies, my contractor encouraged me to give them another shot—and I’m so glad I did. Blake was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, patient, and incredibly organized. Most importantly, he took the time to walk me through exactly what was going wrong, why it was happening, and how he was going to fix it. No jargon, no brush-offs—just clear, helpful communication and a real sense of care for the work. It’s rare to find someone this thorough and respectful in the HVAC world. Blake completely restored my faith in Obie, and I’ll be sticking with them from here on out.

Santiago Aguirre did a maintenance check on our AC, applied a fix and supplied us with a quote for repair should we choose to proceed. Throughout the communication and service was quick, accurate and documented. It was a pleasure and we intend to use Obie again for maintenance and repairs in the future.

Obie did an outstanding job installing a new heat pump. There were able to expedite my request on tight timing, arrived on time, kept our house clean/tisy and completed the installation in one day. Bruno and Andre were terrific to work with and we are very happy with the work they completed. Santiago follow-up service was also outstanding. Thanks!!
