Harmony Heating & Air Conditioning was recommended to us by a trusted HVAC supplier when we needed a furnace boiler repair in our home. We had a 24-year-old heater on the roof of our commercial building in Framingham that was barely working and needed to be replaced. After talking with three different heater repair companies who understood the job, including the need for a crane, we chose one because of their professional approach and creative options that gave us great value for the price. It was obvious they care about building long-term relationships with customers. They kept us updated and answered all our questions during the whole process. i woke up to a cold house in Framingham because my heater stopped working after the first snowfall. i called this company just before they officially opened and was surprised when they picked up right away, as if it was normal business hours. they sent stanley, a technician, to my home in less than an hour. stanley quickly figured out what was wrong with my furnace, called the office, then went to get the part i needed from the supply shop. he came right back and fixed everything so fast—my heat was working again in under two hours. i’m really impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the heater repair. i highly recommend this company for anyone in Framingham needing heating or furnace service!
