I even got a message letting me know a technician was on the way, earlier than expected. My wife and I weren't home yet, but when I called, the lady said she would let the tech know to come after we returned. When we got back, Elias and another technician had already finished fixing the furnace. Thankfully, it wasn’t a big issue, and the total with the diagnostic fee was $273.
