Vlad came the same day and found the leaking area. The next day, he replaced a leaking coil, and my AC is running like new again. I'm very pleased with a job well done in such a short time, just before a heat wave. I would recommend this company for HVAC services and repairs.

I can't thank Vlad and his team enough. We were able to purchase affordable but great quality mini splits recommended by Vlad and was able to get them installed quickly. There was a slight issue but we called him and he came back within an hour and fixed it. Vlad and his team were very respectful, timely mannered, humble people. I definitely recommend them for HVAC services. By the way it has been 2 months since we had them installed. We are so happy with the outcome. Not only do they look nice inside the house but the outside work was done beautifully too.

I forgot to do this last year, but I had Vlad over in the early winter, best decision I've made in years regarding my heat. I'd had another company over that just tried to scare tactics me into installing a new furnace.

Vlad examined it and said that my furnace was fine, and he determinedly diagnosed it until he discovered the problem and fixed it quite easily and reasonably priced.

I can't recommend him and his business enough to anyone who needs work done.

I had a great experience with Vlad and his team. They were the quickest to respond to my inquiry and were able to get out, assess the problem, quote the install, AND complete the job before many of the other local companies would even send out a salesperson. They were incredibly fair with their pricing, and were genuinely honest about what did and did not need to be done. I will definitely be using them again for all of my HVAC needs.

There are some people that enter your life that you’ll never forget. I spent two days trying to figure out how to fix a plumbing issue. I did not sleep at all. I was adamant that I would do this on my own. After countless of attempts, I decided to reach out for help. God sent me one of his precious angels. He was able to fix the issue in less than 1 hour. My kids are now enjoying their home. I am extremely grateful for this company & will never take the work done for granted. You are good people. As a single mom with a family that doesn’t have much wealth, I am so honored by their generosity. God bless you and your families. My children and I are forever blessed.

Fix one problem that I was happy about but not the main problem in the system. 74-78 for a week. Thank God for ceiling fans. Electric bill outrigious because system was constantly running trying to cool off. Thought they were good. Hired another company and got the system working great. Was very knowledgeable. Will do a maintenance agreement.

Amazing! We used ITS for mini split installation in our home! It went super seamless, quick and easy! We were super concerned with how the mini splits would look on the inside and outside of the house, but Connor and the rest of the team did such a good job helping us figure out the best areas to put the units and did a great clean job with the outside of the units also. We would recommend them to anyone!

WOW! ITS service has been stellar from start to finish. I recently bought a new home and shortly after moving in, I received a hand addressed mailer with a first class stamp which said "Welcome to the Neighborhood!" 😊 The flyer was nicely done: professional and friendly and it offered a list of their services. So I called them. Shelby asked questions, set the appointment, and had contractors at my house, literally the next day! Brian and Connor were professional, courteous, and attentive to all my (naive and tedious) questions.

7/8/25 ***** 5 stars Connor from the Central AC HVAC Dept. came out to my home (with NO Diagnostic fee promo!) to troubleshoot my struggling AC unit to even keep the house cool at a 75°.
Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, economical pricing, work station clean-up, wore plastic booties upon entering home…
He gave me honest, fair complete information re:: fixing vs. replacing my AC unit, so I could make a well-informed decision. Luckily, I was able to have him repair my system.
I can’t say enough of how happy I was with his service! Will definitely be using their company in the future, possibly for their additional electrical or plumbing services.
