I have used Leiser corporation 2 times, and both times I am not satisfied.
There are more detailed descriptions of what happened below, but in brief, they are grossly overpriced. They charged unreasonable amount of money for things they couldn't even fixed. I think there are much better electric companies out there and if I were you, I wouldn't take the risk of using them!First time I asked them to repair my dashboard electric heater. They told me the unit was defective, went to the shop to buy a new heater and installed it for me. That cost $381 including the price of the new heater.
However, there were some problems with the new heater, it made this annoying humming sound, making me hard to fall asleep at night. I called Leiser and they failed to fix it. So I had to go through the trouble of contacting the manufacturer and requested them to send me a replacement unit. I asked Leiser to install the replacement unit for me, and they charged me another $140. I am not happy about this, because Leiser was the one who picked the heater in the first place, so they should take responsibility if the heater malfunctioned and shouldn't charge me another $140 for installing the replacement unit. Apparently, they did not do any research and just randomly bought a heater of low quality. In the end, I even have to pay more to them because of their fault!The second time I asked them fix my dishwasher, because it can't be powered on. Leiser sent one guy over, he spent about 20 minutes to check the power supply to the dishwasher. He told me there's nothing wrong with the power lines, so probably the dishwasher itself has a problem. But they couldn't fix it, because they are not an appliance company. The ridiculous thing is that they charge me $140 for this 20 minutes of service! And they couldn't even fix the problem! I called them and complained about it, and they told me every time they provide service, they charge a minimum rate for 1 hour, which is $140. That is very unreasonable! I think they are just a company hungry for money and I will not use them anymore!
