Home Inspector reviews in Weston, Massachusetts

Wonderful service, extremely thorough and patient with all the questions we had. Would absolutely use them again.

We had a great experience with Homestead Inspection Service. I am buying a new house and this inspection was prior to my purchase. Massimo and his team were so thorough and professional....better than any other inspection I have ever had. They looked at everything and had a deep knowledge of the ins and outs of a house. In addition, their report came to me by the afternoon and was laid out so clearly that i was able to understand everything I needed to worry about now and those items that could be dealt with later. Massimo took his time explaining everything that would be in his report so there were no surprises. He and his team were also very attentive to questions I had during the inspection and throughly addressed all of my questions.....A++++ all the way!!!!

Our realtor recommended Massimo and Raj for our home inspection. They were respectful and knowledgeable about the older home we are buying. They answered all
of our questions and provided a thorough report. They went above and beyond with their service. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Thorough work!

As a real estate agent, I found Homestead to be extremely helpful in assisting my clients with their home purchase. They were able to schedule an appointment for my client and me very quickly, which made the process seamless. Their pricing is very competitive compared to other inspection companies, and the inspection report we received was detailed, well-organized, and easy to read. I would definitely recommend Homestead to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough home inspection.

The techniciana were very thorough and kept us up to date during the process as well as having a very thorough detailed report with photos and videos within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Run, don’t walk, to Homestead Inspection. When the opportunity came for us to pursue our dream home, Homestead was there. Of all the different moving parts and people in the home buying process, our experience with Homestead stands out the most. We could not believe the thoroughness and speed in which it provided a comprehensive report within a very narrow timeframe due to the specific circumstances at hand. The value, professionalism, and precision is unmatched. We have rested easy with our home purchase ever since. Thank you, Homestead.

Exceptionally thorough and detail-oriented. They provided a comprehensive readout only a few hours after the inspection and walked me through everything before issuing the report. Extremely professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

It was wonderful working with the team at Homestead. They were quick to respond, schedule and provide highly detailed reports after our inspection. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would certainly use them again and recommend to friends.

The team was amazing, incredibly thorough and efficient. The report we got is going to be our handbook for years to come. You can't go wrong hiring them. I had particular concerns about HVAC and and cold windows and we were able to get all our questions answered.

Homestead inspected a property that we are buying. The inspection team was very competent, respectful, on time and knowledgeable. They responded to all of our questions and we never felt rushed. They checked the exterior, the interior and all systems and appliances. An extremely detailed report was provided after the inspection which we found to be very useful. We highly recommend Homestead Inspection Service.

I had a wonderful experience working with Homestead Inspection and specifically with Massimo.

Massimo is extremely knowledgeable, gentle in his approach, and genuinely kind-hearted. He conducted the inspection with great care and attention to detail, and explained every finding clearly and patiently. What I appreciated most was his calm, thoughtful demeanor and his willingness to take the time to ensure I fully understood the condition of the property.

For a multifamily investment, trust and competence matter enormously, and Massimo delivered both. His professionalism, integrity, and technical depth gave me strong confidence in the inspection and in my decision-making process.

I highly recommend Homestead Inspection and Massimo to anyone looking for a thorough, honest, and personable inspector.
