Bass’ Reddy Rooter did a great job clearing a major root issue in my sewer line. They were thorough, professional, and transparent. They honored their quoted price, showed me everything on camera, and even marked a hidden crack in my line. Great communication and honest service — highly recommend!

Didn’t fix anything problem got worst I do not recommend bass reddy rooter at all DO NOT USE THEM they charged me so much money and didn’t fix the problem at all then proceeded to call owner nick and he was really rude explained to him my issue an was basically told to kick rocks after I paid him etc I do not recommended using this company for any of your needs worst around go elsewhere and get the job done right place sucks !!!

We had sewer backup. Called Bass' Ready Rooter and was greeted by Ana who very kindly listen to my problem and sent someone over as soon as possible to fix it. The problem was bigger than expected and they had to come back to remove all the tree roots that had penetrated the sewer line. To prevent the problem from happening again Bass' Ready Rooter gave us a few options and we ended up going with a pipe lining.
We are very happy with the service and all the crew members who came over to do the work. Nick was always present guiding us through the all process and making sure all was done correctly. We are very pleased and definitely recommend them!

Had a clogged tub drain at 7pm on 9/26/25 called Bass Reddy Rooter . Spoke to the owner on what was going on with my issue . Technician came out unclogged the drain line but also discovered a main issue on why I had a drain problem. Due to all the scaling in my cast iron drain pipe a hydro jet cleaning service needs to be done to remove and clean and clear the drain line out . Great technician he was super informative on the issue and the solutions to this as well friendly and easy going to talk too . Will be using and recommending Bass Reddy Rooter to whom ever needs a plumbing service.

I called Bass Reddy Rooter, a referral from someone, they answered the phone right away and came to my house soon after that. Tim was amazing. Very nice. My nephew flushed a Styrofoam ball down the toilet and clogged it. Tim was able to retrieve it and complete the job in no time. With a smile a nd a fair price. Thanks Tim! You rock!

Called in the morning and spoke to a very pleasant secretary who took all my information down. Got called an hour later saying they had someone to come out and work on my problem. Shane was the plumber who came out and was the friendliest plumber I've ever encountered, lol. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he did to remediate the issue. It's also rare to meet someone who has nothing but good things to say about the company they work for. Highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again.

1st, the young gentlemen who did the work was a pleasure to have in my home. Respectful and upbeat. Now, I had an appointment between 10-12am. mind you, I explained to the woman on the phone who I made the appointment with that I work graveyard shift so I would like the earliest appointment. She said they would call in the morning to confirm. I finally got a phone call at 11:45 AM confirming that they were about 15 to 20 minutes out, from the same woman, I made the appointment with. No show…Then I heard from her again at 2:45 saying we were next. After more waiting, my wife called from work(because I was ready to cancel and go with someone who can be on time.) she said the same to my wife. All in all a lot of phone calls telling me when they would be here and eventually showing up 3:30. Mins you I work graveyard shift as I had already explained. So for the actual result, they snaked to the drain just like I did, didn’t do anything extra but they did get the clog. For $230. My wife thinks it’s still slow to drain. At that point, I was too exhausted to argue. Displeasureable experience overall.

Professional, proficient and accommodating. They were able to fit me in last min, which I truly appreciated. Kept me updated. Will certainly call on then again for my tight tank needs.

Bass Reddy came out to my rental home and charged me $800.00 dollars with no prior estimate because the job took 2 hours they said, I've used them in the past and remember they charged me $350.00 - $400.00.
I see no posted service fee schedule online, they told me prices have gone up, and the cost goes up every fifteen minutes. The workers are very professional, but they were at my rental home only about a month ago for the same issue.
I believe the bill is excessive for a non-emergency and clearly feel I was taken advantage of. Frankly, I would use someone else.
