Very professional service and very knowledgeable. Received amazing and quick service. I had a few companies in the past service my chimney but they never cleaned it properly in comparison to the way Eddi with Lone Star cleaned it. On top of that they sealed all the cracks and painted my fireplace giving it a brand new look.

Eddie fixed the gas fireplace/stove issue in my basement. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He waited and tested to make sure everything is fine. Excellent work and very professional. Very prompt in responding to my request and was able to schedule a visit quickly and very nominal charge. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend to others.

They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and took great care to keep everything clean while working. After the cleaning, they even provided helpful maintenance tips to keep my chimney in top shape. I had an excellent experience with Lone Star Chimney! I called to receive a quote for an inspection on my chimney and scheduled a time for Eddi to come. Eddi was professional, punctual, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain the issue with my chimney in detail, offering options for repairs. It is so refreshing for someone to be so honest and actually break down the cost rather then trying to upcharge for their service.

My husband I ended up patching up cracks in the exterior and Eddi did a beautiful job painting the interior a matte black. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of chimney repairs!!

I had a great experience dealing with Lone Star Chimney. Professional and quick to respond to my request. Eddie came out and inspected the chimney and offered several options. He used pictures to explain where I had leaks and other potential issues. After we agreed to proceed with work it took about 2 hours. I would definitely recommended. Professional work and good communication. I waited a couple weeks before I left review to ensure it rained a couple of times and all seems to be working great.

Thorough service - had considerable build up, so Lone Star performed a deep clean. Also had some water dripping down the stack. The team resealed flashing. They were organized and clean. Would use them again.

I called Lone Star Chimney because my gas fireplace wasn't working and it is freezing cold outside. The phone was answered right away and Eddi, the owner/technician, came to my house in a couple hours. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and looked for ways to repair it without requiring me to spend a lot of money. He is very knowledgeable and the fee is reasonable fee.

After I called several contractors to come to inspect the chimney and give estimates, they all said it needs to be "rebuilt" from roof up. I hired this contractor because it was the only one who took photos and shared with me to prove damages of the chimney. It also charged the lowest inspection fee. The contract price was reasonable (nearly similar to 75% of other contractors). However, completed job did NOT look that great (lines of mortar and bricks were not stacked in a staggered pattern neatly). Old and new bricks were used together. Cement lines were not that straight. See photo. My old chimney looked prettier than this newly "rebuilt" one.

We had an unexpected issue with our gas fireplace that melted the parts. Eddie from Lone Star came over right away and assessed our issue. We also have an upstairs fireplace that hasn’t worked in the 9-1/2 yrs we’ve been here. He got that one working right away. He was very professional, efficient and advised us on how to proceed. Their pricing was very good as well. I highly recommend Lone Star.
