I have used this service several times over the years, for whole house deep cleans (post-construction projects, tenant transitions, etc). The teams work hard and are very thorough (blue time was here lat time). You need to be clear where you want them to focus. They have been able to get many things cleaned that I have not been able to. Helen is very responsive and honest.

I contacted Sunshine Maids after moving into a rental home that was left so disgusting we didn't feel comfortable using the bathrooms or kitchen. I spoke with Helen who was so kind and understanding and scheduled me for a deep clean for the next day. The ladies who did my clean (the green team!) were so thorough, they even vacuumed behind the refrigerator! I felt immediate relief after their clean, and the house smelled amazing, Thank you Sunshine Maids!

We had an excellent experience with Sunshine Maids. The yellow team took such great care to thoroughly clean areas of the home that hadn't been touched in years. All the woodwork in the house (floors, baseboards, windowsills, doors, cabinets) were thoroughly cleaned, even behind all the furniture. Bathrooms and kitchens sparkle! Helen was also a pleasure to work with and accommodating to our specific situation!

I had the blue team services coming in today. They did A thorough cleaning from from ceiling to floor in my kitchen and bath which are all white. Came out fantastic. I recently hired Sunshine Maids to clean my newly purchased home before moving in, and I couldn't be more impressed with their work! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The “green team” arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to tackle every corner of the house.

They paid close attention to detail—scrubbing baseboards, deep-cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, and even making the windows sparkle. We have been using Sunshine Maids for multiple months now. We started with a deep clean and now use them on a consistent basis. The cleaners are always prompt and hard working and do a great job! Also, the owner Helen is super professional and wonderful to work with. If we have any scheduling conflicts, she is very accommodating, and she is very hands on and often does a follow up to check in on work provided. I highly recommend using them! We’re very impressed with Sunshine Maids after a handful of monthly cleanings. They are always thorough, efficient, and respectful, and they often go above and beyond what we expected. We once discovered that the inside of our air fryer had been cleaned! And I accidentally discovered today that if I have clean sheets ready, they will put them on the bed for me. We love Sunshine Maids to help us keep up with tasks we put off or forget and highly recommend them to others!

I contacted Sunshine Maids to schedule a move-out cleaning of my apartment. From the very beginning, Helen was an excellent communicator about what we were expecting, what her team could do, pricing and time estimate. It helped that the company had experience with other units in our building.

Helen showed up early on the day of the cleaning. Her cleaners, the “Blue” team lead by Estella, showed up shortly thereafter and we showed them the unit. Helen gave some directions to the girls who started cleaning right away - scrubbing vents and prepping buckets with cleaning products and water. Helen reiterated the time estimate, and we left them to work.

Two hours later, the apartment, which I admit was in rough shape, looked as good as when we moved in. There was some unfortunate staining on the carpet that they couldn’t get out, but it was going to be replaced anyways.

The “Blue” team especially exceeded my expectations when it came to the stove, refrigerator, and bathroom.

Big thanks to Helen, Estella, and “Blue” team. I’m planning to set up a monthly or bi-monthly cleaning at our new place.

I just had an initial cleaning with Sunshine Maids and am very impressed with the whole experience. The team showed up on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job — deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, baseboards, windows, under beds and even behind furniture. The house was spotless. I have them set up for bi-weekly cleanings going forward. Also, owner Helen has been excellent to communicate with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services.

George and his partner did a fantastic job on my very dirty windows. The road had been repaved in front kicking up dirt onto windows. I can't believe the difference! 10/10
