Sunshine Maids has been cleaning my house for over 4 years. Helen has worked so hard to create a solid cleaning business! It just keeps getting better and better. I highly recommend Sunshine Maids!

My partner and I needed our new apartment cleaned and booked a deep cleaning. We were quoted a high rate but given we wanted the apartment professionally cleaned on a short notice prior to move in. There was a team of four girls. We had some errands to run while they were cleaning the apartment and weren't there the whole time. After coming back, they said they were done and we specifically asked if they cleaned the bath tubs (2 in our apt) and they said yes. Two days later my partner and I were setting up the guest bathroom and found literal dust bunnies and hair in the second tub (we haven't even used this tub yet). So clearly they didn't clean it and we paid a significant amount for a poor poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I want to first acknowledge the green team because of the way our fridge turned out. Unfortunately I wish I could say I had an overall good experience but that was not the case. We asked for a deep clean of the house and at the initial glance It looked really good. But when going through we noticed they had not even cleaned under the couch, the toilet did not even looked touch, known of drawers were cleaned and a lot of main areas were not dusted. My first reaction was to nicely call them and ask if maybe we could schedule a time for them to come back and fix It as It was supposed to be a deep cleaning because we are moving. When I finally received a call back the manager Helen was very very rude and unprofessional. When I told her the things That were missed (as in under the couch and fridge) she began to tell me that It is not part of their job and the girls cleaning are not horses. In short, she said that she would not come back unless we wanted to pay them more money.

My gym members insist on a clean gym. Not only do they notice when Sunshine Maids have been here, they are impressed by the thoroughness of the job. I was also glad to see that they come prepared with a crew that gets in and out without skipping on thoroughness… A no brainer for me!

After I was hospitalized 3 days before I was supposed to have the in-laws in town (and the place was really disgusting) Sunshine Maids was able to make a last-minute appointment. They were FANTASTIC. Very friendly and super thorough. We had a few rooms that were the priority and a couple that were “if you have time” and they got it all done and more. 3 ladies cleaned more in 2 hours than I could have done in WEEKS at full health. They even cleaned things we never expected them to, like the dirty dishes in the sink and straightening up piles of mess and things on the tables. Will definitely be using them again!

We had building work and dust everywhere, the yellow team did a fantastic job deep cleaning the house. Highly reccomend and will continue to use this wonderful service. Flexible and timely response everytime.

I called Sunshine Maids without being a current customer and explained my situation that 100 people were about to embark on my house and I desperately needed help cleaning. Helen was at my house within the hour and had a crew of 3 two hours later. From someone whose husband remarks I should never own a white glove since I hate any dust, they did a fantastic job! We are a now a regular customer.

I would strongly recommend choosing one of the other highly reputable competing cleaning companies in the area - or at least not trusting Sunshine with an important job. I hired them for a move-in cleaning. We were on a tight timeframe and had just 2 days before we had to move in. Helen was very easy to communicate with, but that's where the positive experience ended. We weren't there when they came in to clean on a Tuesday. When we went in the following morning, it truly appeared as though nobody had come in. The kitchen was filthy, whole closets were skipped, windowsills ignored, just truly we questioned if maybe they hadn't come in at all. Helen agreed that it was not up to par so she sent the team back for Thursday. This really set back our moving plans and caused panic, but we didn't have much of a choice. My husband was there when the crew arrived on Thursday. They were rude, dismissive, and acted dismayed when he asked them to clean things - like the fridge!! Even though he pointed out all the areas we needed them to focus on, we came in with our moving truck on Friday, and while the kitchen looked a bit better (appliances still filthy) closets and windowsills were still skipped.

Helen will probably respond and say "dust settles long after a house is cleaned." I am talking about actual filth skipped altogether identified within 24 hours of the supposed cleaning completion. She will also mention that I added a screened porch and garage the second day - I was under the impression that was covered from the beginning but in any event, my complaints have nothing to do with those rooms.

For $840, days lost when we could have started moving things in, endless phone calls and stress/panic, I am deeply regretful for having take a chance on a sub-par company for such an important job. They don't seem to cover even the basics, let alone a deep clean. I still very much doubt they had even come the first day. Helen insists they did, but if so that really reflects poorly on them because of how dirty they left things. Clearly no standards or checklist to speak of.

Stay away.

Wonderful service! I moved into a new house and found that the previous tenants had not cleaned before leaving. Sunshine Maids was able to come and deep clean the whole house with just a days notice. Everything looked amazing. I am so grateful to the maids for their hard work.

I have never had such quality service in such a short period of time. At the last minute Helen was able to get a crew out to my home! They were thorough and meticulous, to the point they were dusting between the letters on a 3 dimensional picture frame! The girls were friendly and focused on making sure they left a job well done. I highly recommend Helen and Sunshine Maids to get your last minute needs, regular cleanings and upkeep done well, and professionally!

Wonderful service. They were on time, took about an hour and our apartment was move-out ready despite still having clutter (that they organized for us). Helen was great,, very responsive, good communication. Green Team who did the cleaning was fantastic. Would use again in a heartbeat!

Had an excellent experience with Sunshine Maids. They were extremely thorough and fast! I was amazed how quickly they work and the quality of care that went into it! I'm thankful to have found a dependable cleaning company! Top Notch!

I have used this service several times over the years, for whole house deep cleans (post-construction projects, tenant transitions, etc). The teams work hard and are very thorough (blue time was here lat time). You need to be clear where you want them to focus. They have been able to get many things cleaned that I have not been able to. Helen is very responsive and honest.

I contacted Sunshine Maids after moving into a rental home that was left so disgusting we didn't feel comfortable using the bathrooms or kitchen. I spoke with Helen who was so kind and understanding and scheduled me for a deep clean for the next day. The ladies who did my clean (the green team!) were so thorough, they even vacuumed behind the refrigerator! I felt immediate relief after their clean, and the house smelled amazing, Thank you Sunshine Maids!

Sunshine Maids is the best! I booked them to do a one time cleaning and guess what? I’m going to have them come on a regular basis. They did a fantastic job! My home was meticulously cleaned and smelled so clean! The Green Team came and they were great! I am so happy with them!
