I'm a current customer of PerfectTemp HVAC Service and have mostly used them to repair our 7-year-old AC system a couple of times since we moved in. The first time, my air conditioning stopped working and I wasn’t sure what was wrong. It turned out to be a clogged filter, but after a thorough cleaning and inspection, everything was running smoothly again. I would highly recommend PerfectTemp HVAC Service. Every experience has been positive. The technicians, like Marvin and Dillon, are always clean and professional, and the office staff is helpful and easy to work with when scheduling appointments.

We had a great experience with PerfectTemp HVAC Service when they repaired our heater. They gave us exactly what we needed and worked within our budget. Communication was clear, and now our home stays warm without the heater running all the time. Raymond helped us with our quote, got everything scheduled, and checked in to make sure we understood everything. He took the time to explain our options. The technicians who came to do the repair were efficient and answered all our questions too!

After reaching out to several HVAC service companies, we chose PerfectTemp HVAC Service because when Raymond came out for the initial visit, he really took the time to carefully look over our heater setup and discuss what would work best for us. I had other companies come out before, but Raymond was the only one who did a thorough check of all the ductwork, and he discovered mold that the others missed. Knowing we have a child with special needs, he made sure everything was done as quickly as possible, which we really appreciated. Raymond replaced the whole heating unit and all the old ductwork, since the old insulation had gotten moldy. When he finished the installation, the way he arranged the new heater and vents actually gave us a lot more usable space in our attic—about 30% more. Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this team for anyone in Westwood needing heater repair or replacement. Absolutely a 5-star experience!
