Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Owner was rude when I was ready to pay. Walked out and went to Christopher's. Great service and selection.

Great garden place. Love supporting the "Not-Chain" stores. Very helpful staff.

An employee or owner was extremely rude to me there. Acted like I was bothering him when I asked a question and then shouted at me! Very rude and frightening, I will never go back there and will tell others about my experience.

Large variety of flowers, shrubs etc..prices reasonable...employees very nice!!!

I did not know he was the owner when I asked where I could find alyssum. His response was”out there”. When I asked if he could be more specific, his response was “ don’t you know what looks like”? Not helpful!!! Rude!!!

I have spent a lot of money over the years for annuals at That Bloomin Place. I recently bought a hundred dollars of pereniels for a memorial garden. All the plants purchased were planted in a 5 ft square area. Used compost and everything. I know how to garden. Then one plant out of the 10 went dead. i couldnt figure it out. It had to be bad somehow. Bloomin wouldn't stand behind their plants! Nick blamed me and said I over watered it (which I certainly did not. Why werent the other plants dead then?) Apparently you buy as-is with no guarentee like the better nurseries have. Bloomin will not guarentee perennials even though it says you have a 30 day window. They refused to refund or credit the 8 dollars! So even though I had another 100 dollars of annuals in my cart that I was ready to buy, I left, insulted by Nick. I bought from Quincy Adams in Braintree. They are very good to their customers there.

The whole time I was there this one man who worked there wasn’t wearing a mask. Maybe if he was far away from me I wouldn’t have minded, but everywhere I went to look at the different plants and flowers he was always right there working on the section I was at. Didn’t even put on a mask to check people out. It made me really uncomfortable so I ended up leaving without buying anything. Super inconsiderate and rude during this pandemic.

Best place to buy vegetable plants and flowers!! Great price, excellent quality and helpful staff!

The staff here are so helpful! I love how organized and inexpensive they are compared to other tree shops. I look forward to buying from them for years to come ❤

That place really was bloomin! They didn't have the 5 ft orange tree I was looking for, but thats completely understandable for this climate. Had just about everything else you could want all and a great price too!!

That Blooming Place is a beautiful garden center . Has a large variety of beautiful flowers, plants, shrubs and everything needed for planting. Pricing is terrific. When they are up and running strong, there is an abundance of everything.

Owner? Rude, ignorant. We have shopped here in the past. Returned after 15 years in NH. Quite a difference. Could not recommend to our Hingham friends. Stock looked great, but not good enough to tolerate behavior. Went down the street to Penniman Farms. Paid a little more but from a NICE man.
-
Over charged us by 6 plants. We asked for the difference and the women at the register gave us a lot of attitude. Then she gave us the incorrect amount of money back. After we told her she became even more rude and argued the whole time. We decide to ask for our entire money back due to her incompetence. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic selection of shrubs, plants, flowers, and everything more. Good prices as compared to the local Lowes and home depot. Staff is not friendly and not helpful.

We buy a Christmas 🎄 here every year. They have everything you need and prices are good. Worker's are very helpful. Don't forget to tip them for they go above and beyond. 👍👍👍

Awful awful awful. Don't ever go here. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. I went today to get my Christmas tree. After I picked my tree out, I was sent to the register to pay. The lady at the register had NO CLUE what she was doing and charged me $60 for a $48 tree. She then refunded me and charged me again but gave me a ticket showing that I had only paid $15 when I had paid $48! They wouldn't give me my tree until I had the correct receipt so I had to get back in line and try to get the correct receipt. The lady at the register then said that I only paid $15 (so basically accusing me of lying!) and had to go through all her receipts to find mine showing that I actually had paid $48 for my tree. By the time I got back outside, the guys working on the tree lot had mistakenly given my tree to someone else. They wandered around aimlessly for 10 minutes before finally coming over to say oh well my tree was gone. There was no apology; nothing. I've never had such AWFUL customer service ever and I've never seen such STUPIDITY - from the guys in the tree lot to the cashier; just AWFUL. I will never shop here again.

We make a point of going to different places for different things. That Bloomin' Place has consistently offered good quality, good selection and reasonable prices for its annuals. For many years now this has been my go-to place for the plants I use to make up my pots and fill my beds with annuals for the summer season.
-
Perfection right down to the last blooms of summer, into fall and on to the winter months. I wouldn't go anywhere else to sock my summer garden with my plants people stop to look at as they pass by. Perfection throughout the year with great, helpful staff to assist you in finding just about anything you can think of for your little green oasis.

Great selection. Reasonable pricing.

Great selection for a fall seasonal display. All sizes and colors of pumpkins, hay bales, tall corn stalks, lawn figures and colored leaves. Prices were fair. Plenty of wagons / carts in the right corner of the parking lot to pull around while you shop. Will visit again in the spring.
