Review for Jeff - Boston Standard Plumbing
I called Boston Standard after discovering a leak in my house. Jeff arrived quickly and immediately identified that the problem was coming from underneath the toilet. For 2 full hours he tried everything to remove it, but it just wouldn’t budge.
He came back first thing the next morning and kept working patiently and professionally. Eventually, we realized there was no easy fix. The only way to stop the leak was to break the toilet. As sad as I was to lose my unique and beautiful toilet, I truly appreciated Jeff’s honesty, skill, and persistence.
Once the toilet was removed, it became clear that everything underneath was soaked and badly rusted. Jeff replaced it with a new toilet from the same brand and completed the job beautifully.
It wasn’t cheap, but the quality of the work, his professionalism, and his thoroughness were absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Jeff and Boston Standard!

I cannot say enough about the quality and customer service delivered by Boston Standard. Marlon and Brian went above and beyond to get us up and running with a heat pump in 2 days. Nic modeled true White Glove service to get us the needed zero interest Heat Loan approval and the "other Nick" ensured good quality. More importantly, he made sure I understood how to operate the new heating system. It was time to move on from 🛢.. thank you Boston Standard, Mass Save and Tremont Credit Union for getting us there.

Carlos and Alex A went above and beyond to make sure all my considerations were met when installing new heat pumps. They made sure I was informed when the ran into unique situations and worked we me to find the best solutions.
