For many years we have gone to Joe for our fireplace needs. We had him install a chimney cap, then had him install a fireplace insert for us, and recently had him clean out the chimney linear. Always friendly, knowledgable, communicates clearly, shows up on time, clear about the price, and never leaves a mess. Highly recommend.

Joe Livingstone from All in One Chimney has such a high level of integrity that I have no idea why you wouldn’t hire him. He is not out to get your money and rip you off. He gives an honest opinion, even if it means turning away business and his prices appeared to be reasonable (although I did not do a real comparison). I have known Joe for about 5 years. He came to our house to quote a lining for a gas fireplace insert and told us he would not match (or even come clos to the fireplace installation company quote. He did install the lining in our fireplace for our heating unit. He came out on time, did the work without incident and charged us what he quoted. Great job.

After a home inspector said the chimney needed to be evaluated on a house I was selling, I called Joe. He was able to come by, take a look, and write up an honest evaluation for what needed to be done. He didn't try to over sell me; just gave me a professional report that enabled the sale of the house. Highly recommend!

Joe was a very nice and honest guy. Extremely thorough, and pointed out and remedied a potentially dangerous situation with my wood stove that no other chimney service had ever alerted me to. I highly recommend him.

My chimney didn’t have proper drafting and Joe diagnosed the problem. He determined that somebody had incorrectly installed a chimney liner and rebuilt part of the chimney many years ago.

To solve the problem, Joe installed a new smaller chimney liner inside the old liner (the old one could not be removed as it was cemented in place) and contacted a local HVAC vendor to confirm that everything would work with the current heating system as well as with a new system. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, competent and did a thorough job and a great job.

When he was finished and handed me the bill it was for significantly less than what he had originally quoted me. I asked him why and he said he ended up doing things differently than he originally quoted. He’s not only an excellent chimney technician but also extremely fair and honest man. I highly recommend Joe and All-in-One Chimney.

Joe is a super-nice guy. He carved out some time from his crazy schedule to inspect our chimney, fireplace, etc. He was very professional and his quote seems more than fair. We will be using his services next Spring. Definitely recommend All In One Chimney! Joe is very busy, so just keep that in mind.

While they do a good job with their work, I’ve personally experienced multiple instances where the personal character of the staff and owners differs from what they say they are all about on their website. If you care about people‘s morals and character outside of doing their job, I would definitely never recommend this place, but if you only care about money/quality, they’re definitely for you.
