I would highly recommend Ecogen SERVICES, LLC for their top notch solar and electrical services. They helped us in the building of our new house & garage during throughout the entire construction phase.

They did an amazing job. Did a full examination of the system before giving a quote, did a professional job, and explained everything they were doing. Fixed a new problem(why I found them) as well as a long standing problem the original installer and another service person could not solve. Highly recommended.

This organization, led by owner Dan Mascroft, has all the hallmarks of a crack Marine unit.
Beginning with immediate response and concern for moving the project forward…“action” being the keyword, these guys know what they are doing!
Being located approximately two hours from my home, when Dan told me his crew would arrive the next morning at 7am, I thought to myself…”here we go again.” But, to my shock, at exactly 7:00am on Monday morning a caravan of vehicles (including a flatbed with Bobcat) pulled up to my driveway.
Within minutes, an EcoGen team of six pleasant young men set to preparing and transforming my property!
Now, as a retired restaurant owner/ operator, I was amazed at the detailed planning, efficiency, teamwork and respect these men exhibited from the downbeat. Not one moment or motion was wasted as each man went about his responsibility. Frankly, I was stunned…and enjoyed the “show!”
At the end of a long day, each man facing a 2hr+ drive back to their respective homes, I asked when they plan to return…”Tomorrow morning at 7am, sir.” I responded, “please don’t call me sir ever again, my name is Chuck“… Done! So, at precisely 7am Tuesday morning they entered my driveway and proceeded to again perform miracles throughout the day,., and again the next day! My wife and I were both overwhelmed at the attention to detail and respect for our property.
After a rainout day on Friday, they returned 7am (can you believe it!) Monday to finish the platform of 24 panels, electric piping buried 2ft deep, 150ft length, under and up our deck to the transfer box…totally unseen!! Amazing.
Owner Dan Mascroft, along with Project Manager, Bill Clinton (no joke!) have assembled a well oiled machine of solar technicians who are super knowledgeable, genuinely pleasant and a joy to watch.

Ecogen has been great!! We recently purchased our house and it has all kinds of odd electrical problems from past owners. The Ecogen crews have been able to solve all of them quickly and bring everything up to code. They show up on time and are great to work with. I would highly recommend their services!!

They really stepped up two times over for me after several solar companies seriously dropped the ball on an install, leaving me with a system that was put up, but never hooked up.

Ecogen was the contractor for our solar installation (SunPower). Their time working at our house was a highlight of the process. Frank was my main contact that day and he was approachable, communicative, helpful, and just all around great to work with. The crew did a beautiful job and cleaned up well. Minor followup from Dan was straight-forward. Working with Ecogen for the actual install was the smoothest part of the entire process. I wish Frank could do all my electrical work! As it is, I have reached out to them to investigate whether it is possible to add a battery to our system. If regulations allow for it, I'm confident they will do an excellent job on the install.

They are highly knowledgeable in their field and very experienced. They do high quality work. I had an electrical upgrade done on a two family home and I’m very satisfied with the work that was done. Also they are very respectful and kind when working on your house. 10/10 would recommend to all.

Ecogen was very helpful showing me the solar panel system in my house that I recently purchased and ensured everything was working properly so I could start receiving energy credits. They were very professional and answered all electrical questions I had. They also went out of their way to look into switches that I did not know what they were for. I highly recommend them for any solar panel installation or electrical work.

Bill Clinton @ Ecogen is the best! He lead the team upgrading the electrical at our house when we installed solar. After the install we had some issues of excess consumption that Bill helped troubleshoot. While the power company and the solar company gave up in frustration, Bill stuck with me until we finally resolved the issue. It took more than 6 months but Bill never gave up. I unconditionally recommend him.

After months of not getting any where with our initial solor company (10 years we are customers), Ecogen rescued us. Dan not only answered the phone, he put onto action our panels being reinstalled on our new roof. And the crew was here in days, did the job and all is fine. Thank you Dan and the crew.

I had a great experience with my Level 2 Tesla Charger installation. Everyone was quick to respond to my questions, and the install crew arrived right on time. They walked me through the process before starting and did an excellent job keeping me updated along the way.

They handled everything, including all of the electrical permitting, which made the whole process stress-free. The crew worked incredibly hard and paid attention to every detail. The installation was done professionally, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The team from Ecogen did a great job for us with a tricky EV charger install. Even though we told them we were fine if they had to tear up the walls, they went out of their way to thread the line from our electrical cabinet in the basement, up two floors to the attic, and across the house to the garage, with minimal wall cuts. They did all this in one day, and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
