I gave Ryan Camerlin $3085 to complete a list of electrical projects. The same evening he had finished, I discovered that the work was either done incorrectly or weren't done at all.

For examples, none of the landscape lights he was asked to replace, were replaced at all. And, none of the motion detectors worked properly. Lights would go on and off without any motion. He also didn't replace four of the thermostats as agreed upon in the projects list.

What made it worst, was that when I contacted him to come complete the work, he kept rescheduling or didn't show up at all after I had adjusted my work schedule to meet with him. He finally stopped returning my texts altogether.

I filed a complaint against him with the Mass AG for deceptive practices and working without a license. There is also currently a suit pending against him for nearly $5000.

Geoff was professional and explained the process. He took care of it and everything is now up to code.

JS Electric never paid our bill, Geoff Steil ran from the Hampton County Sheriffs 20 times to avoid being served the small claims suit. Now we have a judgment and he is refusing to pay the court ordered judgment.

We had Jeff come over to ground our new pool. He was very accommodating with his schedule, he gave us a complete breakdown of what exactly needed to be done. He explained everything in terms I could understand. The pool was grounded and inspected expediently and we were enjoying the pool in no time.

I hired Jeff to perform high level electrical work on a job that another contractor did not complete. The job had a time sensitive component that would have resulted in significant damages to me had it not been completed timely. Jeff mobilized his team to get the project done in a complete and timely fashion. His professionalism, efficiency and work product was unprecedented throughout the entire process. Therefore, I would strongly recommend JS Electric for your electrical contractor needs.

Hard to get a hold of. Finally managed to get him to come back and fix some issues with the phone lines that his apprentice missed. Never once did apologize for the inconvenience of having non-working phone lines. However he did fix the problem quickly.

Over charged my aunt who is elderly. Charged $400 for labor to replace three smoke detectors. Would give Zero stars if I could.

Prompt, responsible, very clean work and fair prices. I have used their services twice, electric work for a pool and to install a car charger, both times the guys were very professional.

They came over and wired my patio / koi pond area. I called them in a panic today as all the power to my koi pond went out. I was frantic that my fish would die from lack of aeration. I left a message detailing the urgency. Nothing , no call back ! I had to call another company to fix the issue.
Kuta you are a disgrace to your profession. You left me hanging out there to worry over my fish. Shame on you!
