Our heating system stopped working during a huge storm and we called several places that never responded. Mr caban was backed up that day and still took the time to answer our call. He came in as soon as he could and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I understand the reason why he's a 5.0 rating. Awesome Customer Service. Came out to look at my boiler same day on his busy schedule. Very affordable and an all around nice person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Felix was very knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and saved me thousands of dollars on an unnecessary replacement to our furnace. I will definitely be calling him in the future if I have any new issues, or whenever I'm ready to upgrade my furnace to something newer.

Felix saved us a lot of money as another company indicated all the AC system needed to be replaced when the issue was only the motor. Felix was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and really helpful explaining the issue and solutions. I definitely recommend to work with him and will reach out again with any other maintenance issues at home.

After a different company tried to sell us a whole new furnace, we called Caban's and Felix was at our house within a few hours. He fixed the furnace and saved us a lot of money; was very professional, clean and efficient. Caban is now our go-to company for HVAC stuff!

On Sunday Dec 26 2021 at 9pm my furnace broke. I googled 24 hour HVAC repair, I called Berkshire Heating, Hurley & David, Home Depot 24 hour service and finally got a call back from Reidys in Holyoke. They told me over the phone if they came out that night there's nothing they could do and diagnosed it over the phone. They said my system was from 1997 and even if they repaired it I'd need to replace it and was looking at $3000 - $7000 and hung up on me.

On Monday morning I got a call back from McNeill who said they were busy until Tuesday, Reidy was busy until Wednesday, I called several other large and small businesses, all answered by receptionists who had to call me back and rarely did. Finally, I found Caban's Heating.

Felix answered the phone directly at 10am. I explained my dilemma and asked when he was available, he told me he'd be at my house within an hour and would text when he was close. He arrived at 11am, he was kind, courteous, and when he diagnosed the issue I told him I knew the machine was old and needed to be replaced. He told me that, my machine was old but it was actually a high quality system and that there was no reason to replace it. He told me he knew the part it needed and was going to do his best to find it and would give me a quote when he did.

He called me back at 12:30 and said he found the part and for the part and installation it would cost $475. I said "LET'S DO IT!" He arrived, we spoke through the entire installation about life and he had the heat back on by 2pm. When other places said it was going to take days from first phone call to completion Felix diagnosed, found the part, and fixed it in 3 hours and charged me a FRACTION of what I was originally quoted. In fact I was so happy with the service I paid him $500.

Not only did I become a lifelong loyal customer of Felix and Caban's, I know I made a lifelong friend today. I was panicked beyond belief about this inconvenience but the moment I spoke to Felix I knew I was in good hands and I couldn't be happier. I would rate him 10 STARS if I could!

Great service and price transparency. Felix scheduled and communicated the appointment details through text which I personally prefer and appreciated. I highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

Felix is amazing!! Not only did he come out to my house in a Sunday afternoon, but he suggested how I can save more fuel!! With the high cost of fuel every bit counts.

I had another service company come out to clean 2 oil boilers. They said that one of the boilers was leaking and didn't clean it, but charged me $40 in parts (The boiler < 12 yrs old).
I had Caban's Heating come out for a second opinion. Felix ended up cleaning the boiler and re-cleaned the other boiler. Felix also replaced my 2 oil tanks and other add'l services to the radiators.
He saved me $12k in a new boiler. I highly recommend Caban's Heating. Felix is very professional, honest, and provides quality service.

Felix responded within a matter of minutes to call and was on site within an hour. Heating system failure readily identified obtained needed part and replaced without delay that morning. Not only was service and time above and beyond expectation, Felix explained system analysis in layman’s terms that I could readily understand and spent time also to provide helpful ideas to improve energy efficiency savings. I will definitely use this company again.

Awesome experience!!!! Felix responded quickly and repaired my furnace first thing in the morning. I saved his business as my go to moving foward. The Price was right and he was soo genuine and profesional.

I moved into a new home and once I moved in, I noticed there was a leak in the bathroom radiator and knew my furnace was just rebuilt. I had Cabans number from the newly redone furnace and i called Felix. I am not from the area at all and never felt so worried when something went wrong so soon. He was very professional and polite and was able to fix the leak and replace the valves, on a busy Saturday nonetheless! Felix made time very quickly to come to the rescue and was more than accommodating and friendly. I had only decided to call since they were familiar with the heating system, but now I definitely plan to call him in the future for any other needs.

Localy owned with great customer service. Felix is by far one of the most honest person I have ever met. He explained to me the whole process from the start to end. His prices were very competitive when I looked around against all the major companies around the area. He is a local guy and I'll definitely recommend him. Very honest, professional and great to work with.

Thansgiving morning I awake to no heat, no hot water. The next day I call four places to come out to help me. Several say they are not accepting new customers. I said I don't need to be a customer just fix this for me, nope! Then finally a guy shows up and says your furnace is shot. You need a new one. Ugh! Then thankfully Felix from Cabans HVAC called. I told him what the other guy said about my furnace being shot. Felix said let me come check it out. If I can't fix it I won't charge you. Huh, yea ok that sounds great. We'll let me tell you. He fixed it! Heat , hot water, everything! Very professional, very informed about all furnances, very reasonable and finally just a really nice guy. I told him i hope "your" accepting new customers because I'm one for a long time! Thank you Felix!!

I had a great experience with Caban’s! It was a Sunday when we noticed our furnace had a bad leak. Felix came right out. He was incredibly nice and polite throughout the process. Despite some complications that required him to come back a couple of times, he remained professional and committed to resolving the issue. If I encounter any future furnace problems, Felix will be my first call. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Felix and Caban’s Heating was phenomenal! His professionalism, communication , transparency and technical skills are all top notch. We’ve had ongoing issues with our High Efficiency Boiler that were never properly resolved by others and felt like we were feeding a bottomless money pit. Felix changed all that. I was recommended Caban Heating from a prior customer and couldn’t be happier with the result. Our gas boiler heating went out while we were about to bring a newborn into the home right as winter is about to begin. Felix came over immediately and diagnosed the issue and was then able to get the parts necessary to fix the issue in a very timely fashion.
