I'm very happy I called Joe at 5pm on Monday. He came over at 7pm and fixed my refrigerator in less than an hour. Nice and knowledgeable guy, excellent work, and he gave advice on avoiding future problems.

I would highly recommend All Brands! Joe was quick to respond and extremely thorough. He had my dryer up and running in no time, also helped me with my washing machine, and even took the time to completely clean out my dryer so it would run more efficiently. He truly went above and beyond what most repair services would do.

Joe was fantastic: he came the day after I called, arrived when he said he would, got to work and did a very thorough job: fixed the clogged drain at the back, secured the water line, leveled the fridge to have a slight backward tilt, and tidied up when he was done. Would absolutely hire again

Joe got back to me within a few hours and was available the same day for my fridge. Great guy! Arrived within time window, then completed an assessment and fix within minutes (turned out to be an exceedingly simple solution). Up front with pricing for the visit. Highly recommend.

Joe provided excellent service for my dryer repair. Within minutes of me placing a service request, he was on his way to my house. He fixed my dryer, replacing a faulty part and doing a thorough clean. On top of that, he was knowledgable answering my questions, friendly and well priced. I will certainly call him again as needed.

Outstanding Company! This is the only repair company to use hands down! Work was all completed the day after i called, and Joe even helped me fix some things that weren't intended on being fixed today. Joe was great! Very friendly, he came and creatively fixed my 17 year old washer. Will definitely call him again the next time any appliance breaks.

Fridge lasted less than an hour after repair. If I was told that it was not fixable then I would not have let Joe replace the part. What a scam!!! I should have known better that when a repair guy doesn't do any diagnostics on the appliance he's repairing, clearly he's not fixing it but just taking your money. Will never use this company again. Apparently, he doesn't know how to repair "All Brands".

I can’t say enough good things about Joe and AllBrands Repair. Joe is the type of guy who can literally fix anything. I have a very large family and my appliances take a beating. Before using Joe, I had countless other technicians and companies at my house who would either be inefficient or offer me a 2-3 week window as parts were always on back order. That is another huge asset that Joe has- he keeps a fully stocked truck which provides immense value to the customer. I have recommended Joe to countless other mothers in town. Oftentimes, I receive messages about how efficient, personable and knowledgeable Joe is. He is also extremely responsive and hard working. During the pandemic, I was 9 months pregnant with my 6th baby and I literally fried my dryer. Lead times for new ones were at an all time high due to pandemic delays. I was beside myself. Joe spent over 8 hours (well into the night) rebuilding my Kenmore dryer for me. My family was truly touched at not only his level of expertise but his compassion. He did this with a smile and was never begrudging as I had found in past repairmen who were always quick to say “this needs to be replaced”. I can confidently say that if you choose AllBrands you will not be disappointed.

It is a good thing that he loves dogs because he had to vacuum a ton of dog fur from our dryer. On top of that he left the laundry area cleaner than he found it! He came on Memorial Day, diagnosed the problem with the freezer in my refrigerator and it was fixed in a very short time.
