i can't recommend this carpet cleaning company enough. jeff and his team truly did an amazing job that went above and beyond what i thought was possible. the price for their service was honestly a fantastic deal, especially considering the high quality of their work. after this great experience, i definitely plan to have my rugs cleaned by them regularly because they made my carpets look brand new. they were very professional and showed up right on time for both pick up and delivery. they even helped move my furniture, carried all the heavy rugs out of my house, and put everything back in place when they brought the cleaned rugs back. jeff kept me updated throughout the process by texting me about their progress. since my rugs needed extra attention, they kept them a bit longer to make sure everything was spotless, and they did this extra work without charging me more. as for the cleaning itself, they worked on several area rugs that had seen all kinds of messes over the years—from anxious dogs, toddlers, infants, food spills, and every possible stain you can imagine. i had tried all sorts of cleaning products before (like baking soda and oxy clean), but nothing worked as well as their professional cleaning. one of my rugs is a large, thick, handwoven wool piece that seemed almost impossible to clean, with big loops that trapped crumbs, snacks, and even coffee grounds. our dog even managed to get compost and baby formula on it, and i even found mouse droppings under the couch area—there was a lot for them to handle. still, they got everything out and made the rug look incredible. another rug, which is white and red, had stains we thought would never come out, including ink from a broken printer cartridge and old pet stains. i was shocked when i saw how clean it was after they finished. every stain was completely gone, even though they had been there for years. this is a wonderful team of carpet and rug cleaning professionals who really care about their work. i really believe anyone would be impressed with the results they can achieve.
