Our technician was very thorough polite and personable. He was able to fix the problem and explain why there was an issue. He even helped me reset the thermostat schedule.

Arrived on time, walked through process. Work completed under 6 hours. Tested system to ensure working properly. Reviewed on how to work system and set up wi-fi app on cell phone. Very pleased at this time.

After initial install there were two issues that I was not pleased with. Emailed sales rep with photos and concerns. Waited a month with out any feedback. After second month I called company and was connected with Anne. Expressed my concerns. Had call back within 2 hours and told workers would be out within the week. Before and after photos.

Honestly, if you are working with Addario‘s services, they are definitely worth the money. I’m not going to say they were the cheapest, but if I went, if I tried getting a cheaper price with somebody else, I might’ve had a worst experience. With the project of that caliber, you honestly get what you pay for so if you pay a couple extra grand from being a contractor and in the trades, it’s less headaches and them way more professional and more communication hands-down. . There’s a lot of bad companies out there and Addario’s helps you with everything if you have Mass Save rebates. They do all the paperwork and help you with the rebates and the heat loan and everything. Honestly, definitely worth it. You get what you pay for.

The entire team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. They took the time to explain all of my options in detail and answered my questions with transparency. They cleaned everything up and ensured all was working befor they left. Chris L and Duke were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

Professional and honest air duct cleaning service in Natick. Nick arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and showed photos of the ducts before and after. The airflow in the house improved right away and there’s noticeably less dust. Fair pricing and no pressure. Highly recommended.

Actually Addario's totally replaced my boiler which was 20 yrs. old and "on its last legs" with a high efficiency one recommended by the technician. Everyone, from the first technician to the last electrician, were very professional and worked painstakingly to make sure this system was working well in my older home. Chris and his fellow workers made sure everything was working well before they left.
I was very impressed with the work ethic of the professionals from Addario's and would highly recommend this company.

Reginald was fantastic. Fast and friendly service. I wish the company didn’t use AI for scheduling. It’s extremely frustrating talking to a robot. I scheduled for 3-5pm. Got a confirmation for 1-3pm. Had to call back several times and figure out how to get the robot to cooperate. Then on the day of my appointment I got a text at 11.15 saying someone was on the way. Again I had to call and navigate AI . Very frustrating.

Nonetheless, I was very pleased with the service when Reginald showed up.

Tonight is Christmas Eve and my heating system seemed to have a serious problem. Addario’s was here within 12 hours and fixed it beautifully. Andy was an extraordinary serviceman kind, skilled and highly professional. I strongly recommend this company

We had two gas leaks and had no heat. Addario came out and gave phenomenal service, spent all day at the property and made sure everything was checked and permitted. They were friendly and easy to work with and explained the whole process to us every step of the way. 5/5 great experience!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Addario’s Plumbing was exceptional and worth sharing.

This all started with a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. I first contacted Vaughn Plumbing, based on their strong Yelp reviews. They came to evaluate the problem in person and later provided an estimate of over $1,200 to make the repair. When I asked for a breakdown of that amount between parts and labor, I was told, “We don’t break down our estimates by parts and labor — it’s a comprehensive cost that we think will be necessary to do the entire job.” Considering that a brand-new toilet and professional installation would have cost less, I decided to look elsewhere.

I then called Addario’s Plumbing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their office staff were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They scheduled the appointment promptly and coordinated directly with my tenant. Ed, the technician who came out, was punctual, professional, and thorough. He quickly identified the issue, explained that it required only a common replacement part, and completed the repair efficiently. The total—including the service fee, labor, and part—was just over $300.

It was refreshing to work with a company that was honest, transparent, and clearly skilled. In an era when so many service providers overcharge or overcomplicate simple jobs, Addario’s Plumbing stood out for doing exactly what good service should look like—competent work at a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Boston area looking for a reliable, professional plumber.

One small note of caution: when you first call Addario’s Plumbing, you’ll likely speak to their virtual AI assistant. In my case, the AI actually scheduled an appointment that the real (human) team behind the scenes wasn’t aware of. Fortunately, when I called to confirm, the company went above and beyond—rearranging their schedule to honor the time the AI had booked. So my only tip would be to make sure you confirm your appointment with a human, just to be safe.

One day install. They walked me thru each step . Answered all my annoying questions. They were all very polite . Took two day due to minor line repairs in side the house. Boiler looks good. Im very happy with the work.

Addario installed my gas system two years ago - Bosch furnace and two heat pumps.
Today was a great tune-up and maintenance. Checked over the whole system and dialed in the gas flow so the furnace was right in the middle of the limits. Happy!

Anthony Gallo and Dave McCarthy of Addario were beyond excellent installing my new high efficiency boiler for my house. I can not say enough good things about their professionalism, knowledge, craftsmanship, etc.... I recently had a hot water die on me and now a very old boiler which 911 had to be called for carbon monoxide levels causing my detectors to go off. Karen Hurley from their headquarters was beyond fantastic to talk to as well. The entire staff who surveyed the job at my house were phenomenal as well. I could not recommend Addario enough for all of your heating issues, hot water heaters, etc...

Addario’s Services was great community service company! I have been their customer for the last twenty years. They provided on time and professional services to our hot water systems when we were in the panic. Recently, I was convinced to upgrade the system to tankless water heater systems. Anthony and Antonio, the two friendly and professionally staff, completed their wonderful work in my basement. I hope the new system will work stably in future and save some gas energy compared to the old water heater system. Thanks!

Dave came very soon after we called for emergency no heat and diagnosed the problem but it needed a more involved procedure that he did the next day. He was kind and helpful and the whole staff was friendly and professional. I will keep Addario as my plumber and I highly recommend them.

Reginald was excellent. He was prompt and thorough. He wasn’t able to fix the problem that night but was able to allow water to run to the house and was there bright and early the next day to complete the job

I live in a renovated cinder block building that use to be a garage office. It has unique structure and issues. Addario's rep came in, and first, asked me questions on what I needed. Then he looked at the system and gave me a clear, straight to the point opinion of what he saw and what was necessary to fix the problems. He supplied me with multiple options on financing and even explained how quick the turn around can be. I am more than pleased. He even lent me space heaters. I can now begin to relax with the knowledge that problems WILL be fixed the safe and legal way.
The process has begun. I will update as it goes to completion.***Update***The team that Addario sent to install my furnace were great. The maneuverd the old equipment out which was not easy. I saw one gentleman climbing up into the ceiling and reconfriguring pipes. The furnace did a false start. I grabbed them to come back before theu went too far. PChris told me that air can get in a trigger the system to stop. But they pulled out the sensor and it was good. They stayed an extra 30 minutes just to make sure. And that furnace is humming like a feline. Thanks to everyone member of the team. From start to finish I am highly satisfied. And I have recommended your company to my family.

Couldn’t be happier with the technicians and job that was done today. Reggie and Robby replaced a hard to get at mixing valve for one of our showers, and they did a fantastic job.

They came the day after I made an appointment, explained everything very clearly, and the price was very fair. Looking forward to using Addario for our next project!
