STAY AWAY!!! This company is a rip off for emergency services. $300 just to get someone dispatched, another $388 just to walk in your door and “diagnose” (even though I already knew the problem) and then whatever it costs to fix. I was never told about the $388 on the phone and they take payment for the $300 over the phone before they will even send anyone. I’m in the process of trying to get the $300 refunded because i just sent them away when I was asked to sign for the $388, bad business practice. I got another company to come fix the problem that was 3 times less than what I would have paid with Addario’s!

Our technician was very thorough polite and personable. He was able to fix the problem and explain why there was an issue. He even helped me reset the thermostat schedule.

Arrived on time, walked through process. Work completed under 6 hours. Tested system to ensure working properly. Reviewed on how to work system and set up wi-fi app on cell phone. Very pleased at this time.
After initial install there were two issues that I was not pleased with. Emailed sales rep with photos and concerns. Waited a month with out any feedback. After second month I called company and was connected with Anne. Expressed my concerns. Had call back within 2 hours and told workers would be out within the week. Before and after photos.
