We hire Jonathan & Hector to clean out a basement that has been damaged with sewage. They were very professional and got the job done on time. They left the basement smelling clean, fresh and sanitized. Laura in the office was a pleasure to coordinate with and keep us in the loop throughout the process

If your project manager is named Silvio, do yourself a favor and call a different company. Once he got the 50% deposit, he went radio silent. He was supposed to come Monday to pick up the equipment, never came. Many many calls and texts to Silvio and Servpro with no response. Surprise $800 charge in the bill that nobody notified me about beforehand. Damaged the walls during the demo. And stuff was stolen. Literally checked every box in things that can go wrong in a job like this. Use someone else.

Spoke with Rachele over the phone on appointment setup- was very professional and helpful/accommodating. A+ to her- give her a raise! Daury Medina and Cameron Mercer came out to check things out ranging from mold in the attic to floor work/kitchen-water damage. Both were very professional/patient as well and also knowledgeable on their work. A+ to both of them and highly recommend! Give both of them a raise, too!

I had standing water in the commercial unit of my building and I was obviously devastated. Jonathan and his team came in and took care of everything, it was a pleasure to work with them. I gave ServePro a complete list of what I needed done to my house. I am out of state and coordinating getting someone into the house is a hassle and let them know that. They sent someone out but that person couldn’t give me an estimate for everything so they said they need to send someone else out for the other part of the work. Why couldn’t they have coordinated both people at once? I was upset about that and let Laura know. She didn’t call me back the next business day to help me or figure it out how to make it right. Nothing. I will not be using them. Wasted my time and the the time of the person who had to go over to let them in. I had high hopes and am very disappointed in their customer care and service. I DID ask to speak to the manager but he was “too busy” to call me back today. Really? Too busy for a potential new client? That spoke volumes.

Serv Pro was truly exceptional! After another company came in to do work and left it unfinished Serv pro didn’t hesitate and came in, surveyed the project and within 3 days the work was done. They are professional, kind, timely and easy to work with! I highly recommend

Servepro was amazing and if it had not been for their quick response and active involvement then I’m not sure what would have happened. They worked very hard and assured me that they would do everything in their power to remedy our situation. My hot water pipe burst on 2/4/23 (one of the coldest days in New England), flooding the in law kitchen below. Project Manager, Jonathan Marciniak and the Mitigation crew did a great job on scheduling for and removing the ceiling and the wall, and drying out the open frames of all moisture to prevent mold growth. It could have been a very stressful situation, but their expert knowledge, professionalism, and dependability made the whole process stress-free and manageable. Very positive experience all around and highly recommend ServPro.

I had a great experience with ServPro of Burlington/Woburn, especially the crew of Ismael and Luis. They were polite and hard working during their time in my home. Ismael and Luis were very thorough, removing the damaged materials from my basement and cleaning the remaining surfaces. They were very respectful of my property. When you’re faced with a nightmare situation, like your home being flooded, you need a team who is compassionate and professional to help guide you through the extremely overwhelming process. From the first phone call I made to ServePro and every person on their team thereafter was compassionate, patient, assuring and helpful. We felt like we hit the jackpot with our Project Manager, Connor. We were home with our family of 5- 3 children trying to navigate our flood. Connor and his hardworking team showed up while our home was still flooding through both levels, and he was able to take control of the situation. He was attentive about things you simply cannot think about while you are in crisis mode. The team was efficient at cleaning up water, setting up fans and other equipment we needed immediately. We ended up needing them to do some demo work and the experience was the same, efficient, professional and done in a timely manner. We have learned a lot navigating life during and after a flood. Many people you deal with will tell you to call them anytime with any questions. Most don’t mean it, Connor really meant it! Throughout the whole process anytime we had any question, big or small Connor was there to answer us right away. We appreciate the ServePro team so much and would recommend them to anyone!

The Fire damage and the Soot after the fire in my house was an absolute nightmare.. As soon as I spoke with Jonathan ( the Serve-pro Project Manager), I instantly felt as ease and confident about everything that was to be done.. Eric and Reggie were the crew chiefs. I had an excellent experience after our finished basement flooded due to a burst water heater. Andrew was our project manager, he was thorough, responsive and even came by the house after hours to replace a dehumidifier that wasn’t working properly. I would highly recommend this group :)

We had an emergency situation this weekend with a flood into our storefront. I called Connor at 2AM on Saturday night and he was not only quick and very responsive for so late, but highly professional and so helpful. He was able to dispatch a team within an hour or so.

The team was the best, I believe Hector was the gentleman that was there with another gentleman I cannot remember his name. They were efficient and knowledgeable, I could not be happier. We were able to open up at 10AM our normal time with NO lost business.

Could not have asked for a better experience with Servpro! When our basement flooded, Jonathan was available at all hours of the day and night to walked us through the entire process and answer and questions we had. Servpro was great! They came out quickly and were pros at navigating both the damage from the sewer line clog as well as my insurance adjuster (who will not be getting 5 stars). Their work was clean and efficient, and scheduling was very easy. I hope you never need their services, but if you do they will do a great job!

The team was very responsive after my first call. They were able to extract the water quickly and start the remediation process. Unfortunately, before the rebuild contractor started the repairs, they found more molded areas that needed to be demolished. Had ServoPro crew been more thorough, I could have avoided the delay in addressing the problem areas.
