Edit - several years later. Highest priced oil in the area and terrible customer service, what a combo for success. Pics attached, billing me 6.30 / gallon when everyone else in the surrounding 30 miles is under 5.00. I might actually take this to the AG or BBB because this company is a top notch failure and theif.
I see your response, I rent this house from family so it's not under my name. I was able to fix the issue myself anyway.
Old:
The oil is on scheduled delivery, I returned home from an extended trip and had no oil, just over 34F OAT. I called to get a delivery and was charged an emergency fee. I let it slide and oil arrived on time for the following 4 years.Twice now techs have replaced the ignitors and nozzle incorrectly. The ignitors were gapped incorrectly and the tips burned back to the ceramic sleeve within 30 days both times and I could smell combustion gas throughout the house. Found a fire still burning in the combustion chamber after the unit tripped which is incredibly dangerous. I downloaded the IOM for the unit and replaced them myself. No issue for the last 90 days and they still look clean today.
I scheduled maintenance for November 2021. Never received a call on the scheduled date. Called on 11/30 to reschedule and was told there is nothing available until March now. Glad I made the repairs myself. Will be shopping for a new provider.

Fawcett has the highest prices for home heating oil. Not even close to competitive!!
