Contacted Waterworks about leaky shower. Very responsive, quick repair. Unfortunately, replacing valve at faucet revealed cascading set of valves further into the wall that are aging and need repair. Peter came out twice more and charged us only the cost of parts and advised us on longer term solutions. Will definitely use again.

We needed a new water heater installed and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. No surprises with pricing and the install looks super clean.

Peter came out the same day which is almost unheard of for a non-emergency. We had steam hammers with our forces steam system and he took care of it and diagnosed further issues. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I had an issue with my boiler and the heat wasn’t going on. Apparently a wire got disconnected onside the boiler. They came over quickly which was great and fixed the problem after a couple of hours of trying to identify the issue. I was happy the problem was resolved.
