I live in Winchester and contacted Sedona Plumbing regarding a leaking copper pipe in my basement. My house was built in 1956 and many of the horizontal copper pipes were deteriorating. Zack and his crew responded quickly, gave me a reasonable bid for replacing all of the affected pipes and completed the work that very same day. The workers were friendly and professional and left the area clean. They even accommodated a last minute request to repair an outside spigot! I was very pleased with everything and will not hesitate to use them again.

Zack was great! He rerouted an exhaust pipe for our roof and a vent for our dryer. All the pipework was solid and nicely finished. He also took time to walk through options with us and explain everything, and gave us some good tips for a couple other bits and pieces around the house. Definitely calling him again next time!

Zack came to my home on a Saturday morning when my heating system had stopped working the night before in one of the coldest night of the year . He identified the issue in my very complicated heating system and replaced the faulty part. He then made sure nothing was wrong with my other system on the second floor . He is knowledgeable, smart, caring and excellent at what he does. I highly recommend him. In scale of 1 to 10 Zack is an 11.

I’ve had Sedona do a couple jobs at my house ranging from small valve fixes to installing a full shower system. They do great quality work and are very professional. Would highly recommend.

I met Zack as a first-time customer on an after business hours emergency call when my furnace shut down. He arrived within 40 minutes and quickly found and fixed the problem. I couldn’t be more pleased with the efficiency of his work and his friendly attitude (on a cold Friday night at the end of the workweek right about dinner time!). Sedona will be my first call next time.

11/17/2025 update, called when the furnace didn’t restart after a power outage. Danielle kept me informed about expected tech arrival time, and Andrew arrived even before the beginning of the window. Andrew performed a manual reset, explained the problem, and showed me how to do the reset myself if the issue recurs. Each time I’ve called Sedona, I’ve been pleased with the courtesy and efficiency of everyone I’ve dealt with.

Sedona was awesome. Very professional, friendly and on time. Billy the person who did the work was great. Showed up on time, finished the job without any concerns, clean up did not miss a trick and was willing to look at a clogged drain for me that was not part of the original job. I would hire Sedona again for all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them. Nick

I have small gas leakage in 2024 National grid came and temporarily fixed it. I have decided to prevent it from happening again so I called Sedona Heating and plumbing to replace the pipes. The technicians both names are Andrew finished the job. They both did a great job and answered all my questions.I recommend this company and I will refer them to my family and friends.

Plumbers are always very busy and whatever we need is always super-urgent. A leaking toilet cannot be left and needs to be fixed. Zack and Sedona always seem to understand that - they answer the phone and give a sensible estimate as to when they will arrive and get the work done. They understand the urgency and they get it done. I am very happy to recommend Sedona, we will not use anyone else.

These guys are the best. When I look for service work I consider 3 things: Price, Quality, and Responsiveness. The Sedona team excels in all of these areas. I have used them for multiple projects ranging from a quick toilet/ sink fix to a major replacement of my entire heating and central air system. They are consistently the most competitively priced and their work is top notch. When I have an issue they always find a way to get out to asses immediately and have it resolved quickly. I called Zach and the team at Sedona to get swapped over from a 20 year old oil furnace to propane for heat. Communication from the very beginning was great. Zach came right out to see what we had, went through the options with me, told me exactly what his plan was and was up front with cost. He got everything swapped over in a timely manner with absolutely no hassle or gimmicks and went way above and beyond to make sure all possible bases were covered and everything was done right. I couldn't recommend Zach and the team highly enough. Don't mess around with anyone else and just hire the best.

We had a great experience with Sedona Plumbing and Heating. Our basement toilet overflowed due to an issue with the sewer pipe, and Zack and his team were able to come out the same day to troubleshoot the problem (and coordinated directly with the sewer company for their same day visit as well). They were knowledgeable, reliable, and extremely easy to communicate with throughout the process. Danielle in the office was very responsive and very easy to coordinate follow‑up appointments with.
