I have been a long time happy client of Same Day Service. They have saved me many times. I love the idea of having immediate service, not waiting for weeks. Today I had a unique problem that even the manufactures knew nothing about and had never heard of. Both of my oven lights went out…. Kevin spent hours brainstorming, liking the challenge. It turned out to not be able to be fixed immediately. The “brain” of the ovens needs to be ordered.
I found Kevin to be very pleasant, creative, a joy to deal with.

We have used Same Day Service many times. The team are absolutely fantastic. The schedulers are so pleasant and Kevan is a master technician. I would not hesitate to call them for any problem.

We contacted Same Day Service to repair our 16 year old dishwasher. Over three visits, Wayne replaced three parts to bring the unit back to life. The three visits were more than expected, but I have complete confidence that Wayne did everything possible to quickly repair the unit. He is quite knowledgeable and a very good communicator. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the service I received. The office called to let me know the technician would be arriving in 20-30 minutes and he was punctual.
The technician, Wayne, was courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed my oven quickly and cleanly. Wayne communicated clearly and honestly regarding the needed repairs and provided options.
Repairs were required to the door and to the igniter and Wayne did an excellent job repairing both.

I have used Same Day Service for years and am always pleased with the skill and professionalism of the technicians. We have an extended service contract and recently had a couple of minor problems -- with the washer/dryer and the refrigerator. The technician from Same Day assessed the problems with each appliance and worked quietly without drama to fix the problems. Another win for Same Day Service.

This company is always very responsive and I am often extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge base of their service people who have come out. This was certainly the case today when I called at 10:30 AM to see if I could get our broken washer serviced. Someone was out here before 2 PM and he quickly determined what was wrong and the problem. he was also extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. There may be other services that are a little bit less expensive but the combination of professionalism, responsiveness and knowledgeable service people make me pleased to recommend Same Day Service.

Same day Service was recommended by my property manager when i had a problem with my 13 year old Bosch dishwasher. Kevin came the same day and analyzed the problem and discussed the options. We ordered a part which was installed within a week. The service from the pre-arrival heads up call to completion was professional, respectful, and informative. We also felt that we made the best decision going with a new motor rather than a new dish washer and appreciated considering both the pros and cons before deciding. I will contact Same Day Service with confidence i can rely on a fast response, professional service, and honest advise.

The technician was amazing!

I unfortunately had a contractor screw my trash compactor into my cabinets with the screw heads on the inside of the compactor. It took three months for me to find someone who would cut them so we could pull out the compactor. Once that was done he came back at the first appointment available and finished the repair.

I love this company and have used them for all my appliance repairs.

Fast service for a refrigerator repair. They were able to get to my house with in a few short hours to diagnose the problem. They communicated well and were prompt with final repairs once parts came in! Highly recommended! Wonderful customer service over the phone and with in person technicians.

Dell’s Appliance repair in Adrian, Mo. is awesome. They always are ready to help get my appliances repaired and back to working as they should. I want to give Dominic a big shout out he is a ray of sunshine when he is here.

Had an issue with our refrigerator. Called on a holiday at 8:30am. Was told someone would be out that day (was not expecting that on a holiday). A technician was out that same day at 3:30 and diagnosed the issue. Was explained what the problem was, given an estimate, and was told the part would take about a week. 7 days later, was notified the part arrived, and the technician was out the next day. He replaced the part and was gone within a half hour. Strongly recommended!,

Great experience end to end. Submitted a request through the website and was called within 15 minutes to talk through the issue then set an appointment. They were able to come out the following morning. Nelson was our technician and he quickly identified and fixed the issue. Less than 24 hrs from first contact to fix!

I used Same Day Service Company for the first time recently. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They were super efficient on all levels. The service was quick and excellent and the gentleman who replaced the fan on my oven was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you.

They did the same day service and evaluated what was needed. Within three business days of confirming the parts, they came to fix my microwave and dishwasher!

Every thing about Same Day was excellent. Great communication. Prompt part delivery. Called on a Monday and service performed on Thursday! My technician (I believe last name Nelson?) was efficient and friendly! I will most definitely use this service again! And highly recommend them!

Technician came out same day for a refrigerator. It was fixed and recommended replacing freezer gasket. Part was ordered, gasket was replaced when it came in to stock.
Cost was exactly what was estimated. Very reasonable. Super nice technician!

We had such a great experience with Same Day Service. The office team is lovely and Tristan was fantastically thorough with our repair keeping us informed throughout the process. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend them for repairs to everyone.

So glad we found this company! Our dryer wouldn’t start one day and we didn’t know if it was time to get a new dryer but found them after a quick google search. They were at my apartment with the issue resolved within 48 hours from me contacting them. Dave the technician was so pleasant and professional. He knew what the issue was in approximately 30 seconds and fixed it in about 20 minutes or less. They charge an approximately $189 service / diagnostic fee, but it was waived since they could fix it on the spot. Total was around 240, but of course depends on what your issue is. Only feedback I’d have is that they tell you they will be there sometime within the day, but don’t give you a more specific time window, which would be helpful. How we they do text you 30 minutes before they are scheduled to get there so you could still venture close to your area if you could be back in 30.

Fantastic and responsive service. Communication was excellent through the whole process. I received calls and texts for updates. Our repair person, Don, was careful, professional, and thorough and did a great job fixing the problem. Very pleased.

Fixed my 40 year old dryer with no problem! Didn’t even have the model or serial number. On time. Quick and efficient. Courteous and flexible (when no one was home b/c they texted while I was driving and I responded a few minutes late the technician simply looped back a short while later.) Very easy to work with!!!!

Tristan was absolutely fantastic! Very fast, competent, and friendly service. They showed up on time, same day (Friday), and completed the repair for a fair price. I'd go back to them again without any hesitation.
