The technician, Wayne, was courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed my oven quickly and cleanly. Wayne communicated clearly and honestly regarding the needed repairs and provided options. Repairs were required to the door and to the igniter and Wayne did an excellent job repairing both.

    This company is always very responsive and I am often extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge base of their service people who have come out. This was certainly the case today when I called at 10:30 AM to see if I could get our broken washer serviced. Someone was out here before 2 PM and he quickly determined what was wrong and the problem. he was also extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. There may be other services that are a little bit less expensive but the combination of professionalism, responsiveness and knowledgeable service people make me pleased to recommend Same Day Service.
