Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator
Appointment was delayed 4 times with no explanation or communication, and when I called the help number I was not given any helpful information but rather promised follow up that never came. The job took over a month to complete. Additionally, I was overcharged for the service. When the job finally got done the cost was $20 less than I paid to book the job, and I've gotten no indication of a refund.
1st time using Sears Appliance Repair&all went well. Dan, service guy, found the fridge fan was bad &, I had both the fridge & freezer temps well below normal temps to companste for the warm fridge temp, which caused condensation to freeze & not drain. The fan panel was replaced after ice melted & drain flowing system is working correctly. Dan is personable and competent in doing job.
Arben came to fix the ice built up behind the freezer. He replaced the needed part and explained the cause of the ice built up. He set up the area before the work and cleaned up well after the work. He took the not needed part away, saving me a trip to UPS. Arben is polite, efficient, and professional. Thank you!
The technician did a great repair. We are only disappointed that we had to wait 4 weeks for this repair which is a corporate issue. Sears needs to do a better job of turn around time for repair work. In all our 30 years as a client, we have never seen such poor gaps in service.
