After I saved Alpha a visit by informing them of the part that I needed, they waited the 5 days for the part to arrive, and then scheduled an appointment for the next week, instead of anticipating that the part would arrive by 5 days, and scheduling the appointment for the 6th day. (They knew the range was leaking gas.) Then they scheduled an appointment between 9 and 3, instead of an afternoon or morning window.

Needed an ice maker replacement. Mike showed up on time, was courteous and very professional. Also provided great tips for maintaining my Samsung refrigerator. Great work.

Very unprofessional! Originally canceled appt the day before. Came a week later and said they needed to order a part and the paperwork claimed they were there from 9-3, when they were only at my home for 20 mins. They explained they’d schedule appt when the part came in. They told Best Buy they ordered the part and it would arrive by today. I called them today and she said she had to order the part! When I explained they said they ordered it last week, she told me she’d call me back when she found out what was going on. An hour later I get an email from the insurance company saying they weren’t covering my claim because the technician said it wasn’t covered under warranty! They did this so they didn’t have to come back out. When I called them the man said “‘no, no call Best Buy” and refused to explain why they did this. Best Buy is now exchanging my machine. Don’t trust this dishonest company!!!
