Contractor reviews in Woburn, Massachusetts

Vill from Top Quality Construction came in to give me a quote on a 2 bath and kitchen remodel and now we've just signed for the project today. Finally someone who can explain the job to me plainly! No poker face quoting or just coming up with a number. Vill took me through the whole project piece by piece and pointed out parts where I could save money in a slow and calm manner. What a relief! I recommend anyone getting construction help to go with Top Quality Construction for someone they'll feel comfortable with and get a fair honest price. Thanks guys!!

We are so very happy with our new addition. We knew we wanted to hire a design-build company. It was important to us that the team work together to solve issues. It was also important to us to get this project done with the least amount of disruption to our family, specifically our children. When we met with Vill and Mark, we liked their attitude and professionalism. We met with a few other companies, and none of them understood how important the budget was to us. It was clear that Vill and Mark could design something within our budget, and solve our problems. Our biggest problems were that our daughter's room was tiny; our kitchen was tiny and outdated and had a really bad layout. Not only did they solve these problems, within our budget, we also were able to solve a few more problems such as adding a coat closet (which we didn't have), remodeling our linen closet, adding a closet to our son's room, but also suggested how to enlarge and design our new kitchen to have a better flow.

Also, Sandy, the designer, came to all the showrooms with us. She was able to tell the vendor our budget and style BEFORE we got to the showroom, so that we could focus our attention on things that fit our budget and style. We really appreciated that aspect of the project, because there were so many things to look at in each store.

Then, we broke grown, Thiago, our lead carpenter was wonderful. Not only did he build the addition, but he also helped us move our daughter's bed into our son's room during this project (and back again when the project was over). Vill kept us updated through phone calls, blog updates and meeting every 14 days. We had a lot of communication with them, and really appreciated that part. We had unexpected discovery asbestos, which they told us about, found a vendor for us, and took care of it professionally.

Each subcontractor that came to the site knew the rules, and worked hard in making sure our design became reality.

Top Quality Remodeling finished the project on budget and two days early! I was in my new kitchen for Mother's Day. Every time I step into the kitchen, I am thankful for Top Quality Remodeling for making my dream become reality. My husband and I can both be in the kitchen, and not be on top of each other! I highly recommend Top Quality Remodeling, and look forward to hiring them for my next dream project

Just had a remodeling/addition to my house and Vilson was absolutely great! Kept timing and budget as planed from the beginning. My family and I are very happy with entire project and definitely recommend Top Quality to our friends and family.

Top Quality Remodeling delivered high quality and on budget costs for several projects. They did my flag stone front steps, remodeled my master bathroom and remodeled my kitchen splash. The company is very professional and someone I trust to be in my house while I am working during the week. I am already planning to do some more work with Vil.

This is the best construction company we have ever used. They are very talented, fair priced, clean and on time and budget. They did our master bathroom, a lot of complex tile work, painting, staining and our back deck. In about 6 -9 months we are having them do our addition. We are very pleased with their workmanship and highly recommend them.

This review a bit overdue since the job was completed a little over a month ago. However, better late than never! Simply put Vill and his crew did an amazing job! We hired them to paint our whole condo (1,200 sq ft) and they did a phenomenal job at painting, repairing holes on the walls and patching up other areas where the walls had cracked as a result of settling. From the very first time i contacted *Vill, he was professional, timely and very honest with his quotes. We had 3 different companies come out to quote and even though Vill was not the lowest, he certainly provided the best customer service and the project far exceeded our expectations. Top Quality Remodeling and crew not only completed the painting but also were incredibly available to help us with other minor projects that came up as we planned our move into our new place. I am incredibly impressed with the attention to detail, cleanliness and meticulous work on the trims! I am particularly picky and these guys delivered amazing work! I highly recommend them and plan to give them a call as we look into the spring to replace our exterior trim.

Excellent job from beginning to end. The project that Top Quality Remodeling took on was to tear down and rebuild my front porches on my 3 family house in Somerville. Estimate for work was detailed, fairly priced and provided within 5 days. Workers where professional, hard working and paid attention to detail and provided a finished product that me and my family asked for. Vill Santos "The Boss" provided excellent customer service by being on site when needed...stayed in constant in constant contact by phone or text (always responded to my text) and adjusted any issues me or family had with no questions asked. In the end, My family and I where very happy with our porches and feel like we got a quality job that was worth the money we paid. I would recommend Top Quality Remodeling for any home project.

Top Quality Construction Inc is a top-notch company that delivers exceptional results. I hired them for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling project, and I was blown away by their expertise and attention to detail. They truly care about delivering quality workmanship and top-notch service.

Top Quality remodeled all of our bathrooms. The work was excellent. They were on time and on budget. The team was professional and cleaned up every day before they left. We’re thrilled with the work they did and we will definitely use them again for other projects.

I am the person wrote the negative review about Commonwealth Construction being unprofessional. I'm writing this to update that the situation I was previously unhappy about was resolved by Commonwealth Construction in a professional and timely manner. The temporary suspension for street permits in Lynn, was lifted soon after. Going forward I would recommend Commonwealth Construction to carry out excavation work.

Amazing company wouldnt pick any other

Excellent work and customer service.

D&D and Dnet are awesome. Have used them for years for extensive electric and data, and everything in between. Great work great team.

It looks like they don’t want to do business anymore. Their phone is just an answering machine and no options to speak to anyone if you don’t know an extension number. It is ridiculous.

We had an appointment through Thumbtack. They didn't show or bother telling me they couldn't come.

Rob & team were great to work with; professional and courteous always to renovate our old 1950s kitchen to a beautiful modern and highly functional kitchen space. They patiently listened to all our requirements in the beginning and along the way through the project and were very responsive to address any questions or needs. We never had to worry if the project was going to be delayed as Rob kept us and his team on timeline all along.

Wonderful crew to work with. Attention to detail, and work was done on time. I love entertaining on my new deck. Thanks to Rob and Toro construction for getting it done so I could use it all summer.

Toro Construction did a great job bringing our old bathroom into the 21at century.
Their guys were very professional and conscientious. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them.

We had our kitchen fully renovated and 2 of our bathrooms partially remodeled (full shower installed in one, new vanity, light, and mirror in the other bathroom). The quality of the work was exceptional.

Very pleased with our experience with Toro Construction. Rob and his team were professional and communicative. Renovated a tenant's apartment and replaced a basement door. We got four quotes and they all came in around the same price. But Rob was the only one to put in all in writing correctly, detailing the work and pricing. He actually talked us out of extra work we originally wanted and he was right. Very good experience.
