Receiving stops at 1pm... showed up at 3pm just to be rejected even with only 8 pallets with 10 pcs.... I know pretty hard to count 10 pcs.. but its what it is.. looks like only 2 docks for Receiving.. arrived before 6am appointment next morning but receiving doors opened about 6:10am.. very slow at getting started but once they did, they got to it right away. Was out of there in 30 mins

Call your order in 5 business days in advance and you’ll still be waiting an hour when you go to pick it up even though there’s 5 guys sittin around on their phones

I hired Primis Electric to install a 30 amp line for a dryer, replace 2 lights fixtures and install wireless smoke detectors. They charged me $1500 and later I discovered that the wireless detectors are very easy to install. You just need to push a button to connect them all. But the overcharge was not the only problem. They did not apply for permits and a year later, when I was trying to sell the house and needed to show the permits, I contacted them various times and they never replied. I called the owner Douglas on his cell phone, left him a voice message and text message, sent an email to the company address, called the office twice and never got an answer. They really are scumbags.

We had a great experience with Primis Electric. When I was confused with how to use our new outdoor TV Douglas came right over to show me what to do. He was very informative, helpful and patient. The work was clean too!!
