Ive used Dustbusters in both my home and office. They are on time, professional and always do a great job. I highly recommend this service!

Do yourself a favor, stay away from these people! It's a scam agency: they don't show up after rescheduling 3 (THREE) times. Never return phone calls and are simply rude and unprofessional. Wasted 3 days of my time waiting for them to show up - never did, never called, no apology either. Lesson learned!

There needs to be a review of their practices
Female employees are not supposed to be cleaning the men's room and should any male employee need to use the facility, they(female)need to step out until the area has been cleared,I have been in the lavatory and stepped out of the stall to find them in there,creates a very uncomfortable situation for male employees

I just got in the house from working in the yard all day and Dustbusters went off. We are super clean people to start with but they cleaned stuff I didn’t know I had. I think they cleaned my Dog!

STAY AWAY. Very unprofessional. I woundn't (strongly) recommend them. I had a situation which required same day cleaning service. Dustbusters sent three cleaners who looked like sh**t and charged $75 a person per hour. I have instructions and left to work. When I arrived, they cleaned only one bath tub and vacuumed one room. The broke two window blinds and messed up all others. It took couple hours to untangle them. I have an open house scheduled in two days and I had to find an other cleaning professionsal. Waste of time and money with added stress.

We used to use them and they could not show up on time. Teams kept changing, things would get missed, and the staff said derogatory things about the owners. I stopped using them. They called me a week ago and asked for another try, that they had hired new teams, gave the impression of new owners. I should not have been fooled. The same voice called to remind me of my cleaning time. Today is my cleaning day. They will be 30 min late from the time we scheduled. Going back to the new cleaners I'd found. They may not speak English, and I have to supply the cleaning agents but they are on time and efficient.

The cleaners who came were very professional. Did everything I needed plus some more. They changed all the beds and even stayed a 15 extra minutes to make sure I was happy! Highly recommend. Ask for Jeannette, she is the best!

We hired DusterBusters recently to clean our office and they did an amazing job! Extremely professional and responsive. We have them come out once a week now. Highly recommend!

Dustbusters has given exceptional serviced to my gyms for 3 plus years! Very reliable and I would recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service!

They came in and the cleaners had something lodged in their vacuum. They ended up scratching our wood floors, putting deep gouges all along the first floor. The owner/manager said she would fix it, but after getting multiple estimates said she wanted to try coloring the scratches with markers, which she had someone do. It looked terrible. She then sent someone posing as a contractor (not licensed) to give another quote. He texted me separately and said there was “no way a vacuum could have done this damage”. I then got a follow up text from the owner saying based on that she was going to refuse to fix the damage. Well, the cleaners already admitted to doing it, and when I made this statement to the owner, she said “they are just cleaners, get them on the (witness) stand.” I thought about suing but I’m lazy. Needless to say, proceed with caution.

Update based on below response from owner: we did NOT file a lawsuit. We filed a complaint with the attorney general but voluntarily did not follow through because my wife was hospitalized and this seemed trivial in comparison.

Awesome experience. Very responsive, and did a superb job sanding our entire ice-covered roadway. Highly recommend.

I really don’t get any joy out of leaving negative reviews but I unfortunately had a poor experience with this company so want to let others know so they can hopefully avoid the same. I moved into a house that was pretty gross from the prior owners and spoke with Zach, who was very professional and helpful, about doing a deep clean. I had two cleaners on-site for 5 hours, and after they left there was little evidence that cleaners had once been there. I spoke with them before they started and reconfirmed that we wanted a deep clean - baseboards dusted, walls wiped down, windows, bathrooms, the whole nine. We weren’t yet living in the house and when I came back a couple days later you could only tell in certain areas that had been particularly dirty that anything had been cleaned. I was able to clean these areas myself in a matter of minutes, so I know it’s not like these things were impossible (or frankly even difficult) to clean.

I sent photos to the business showing before (when I first returned to the house post-cleaners) and after (after I had cleaned it myself), with time stamps to show that these were things I was able to clean super quickly. After a few days with no response I called the business and was told that these are good cleaners. But when I pushed that things weren’t cleaned let alone at a professional level I was asked “so what do you want?”

They wound up taking 1 hour’s charge off the total cost which I appreciate but I was surprised that they were trying to argue with me that these cleaners had done 5 hours’ worth of work after I had sent them those photos.

After speaking with friends who have used other cleaners, it’s reaffirmed that our expectations weren’t unrealistic. I unfortunately don’t recommend this business, based on both the quality of the cleaning and the response I received when I reached out to resolve the issue.

The staff were very nice and respectful! They took their time and made sure they left my house spotless, very attentive to detail! They definitely exceeded my expectations!

Dustbusters did an amazing job with stripping and waxing the floors of our school! We have a lot of high traffic areas and cribs on wheels that leave markings. None of that seemed too much for them and you wouldn’t be able to tell there were more troublesome areas! Thank you so much for helping our floors shine! We can’t wait to work with you again!

Once again Fish Window sent very knowledgeable and hard-working staff to my home to power wash the house, the shed, sidewalk in my garden, driveway, very large porch and all of my windows and skylights in this 124-year-old home. They were prompt, polite and very professional. I highly recommend their services.
