AJM Grounds did an amazing job on our yard with a quick turnaround to meet a deadline for an upcoming party. In less than a day, they mowed the lawn, mulched, trimmed bushes, removed brush from two small trees, and thoroughly cleaned up the yard. We’re very satisfied with the quality of the work, the reasonable pricing, and the fast turnaround.

I hired Wollaston Development to clear some trees and redo my small Somerville patio. They were prompt, professional, and quick. They were very accommodating with the neighbors, noise, etc. While they were here, I asked Mike to look at my leaky foundation which they were also able to patch. I would certainly use them again.

In the Spring of 2019 my brick patio was a mess. Bricks were falling in and others were popping up and it was surrounded by rotting wood. I contracted with Wollaston to redo the patio after getting quotes from 3 other contractors. Wollaston gave me the best price and was able to start promptly. They removed all of the old patio and replaced it with bricks of my choosing and pattern and edged it with cobblestones. The accomplished this in less than 2 1/2 days, so very quick and easy, and certainly the best price. I highly recommend them.

I can't believe how lucky I was when Mike from Wollaston Development came into my life. He was so direct and honest about the work he was going to do, something I wasn't used to from other developers. Working in the hotel industry for many years, I have had the opportunity to utilize Wollaston Development for a wide range of services over the years. From smaller projects ranging from weekly lawn care and property maintenance, tree removal and snow removal during the winter months to larger projects such as patio installations and masonry work - I have always been extremely satisfied with the work provided and professionalism of this company. In my line of work I have dealt with many companies over the years and Wollaston Development is definitely one of the best.

We hired Wollaston Development to redo our front lawn and we could not be happier with the finished product. Mike and his team were great to work with and it is clear they take pride in the work that they do. In a matter of 6 hours, our lawn went from an overgrowth of spotty grass and weeds, to the envy of our neighbors.

Through the entire process, Mike worked with us to form our vision in to a reality. Mike helped us select various types of plants and flowers that tastefully tie together the "look" of our property. We also requested a patio big enough for two chairs and small table for the corner of the lawn underneath an existing dogwood, which turned out better than we could have imagined.

Before he left, Mike made sure to walk us through the importance and sometimes tricky process of caring for newly planted flowers, plants, and sod.

When I was building my new home I hired Wollaston Development to do all the exterior landscaping and design which included sod, mulch and new trees/shrub, brick paver walkway and beautiful brick paver back patio with built-in grill. They were super helpful with their ideas, responsive and got the work done in a timely manner and I love my yard and patio! I've recommended them to my friends who were also very happy. Wollaston Development installed a stone patio and exterior stairs at our home in Somerville. Their attention to detail in choosing quality materials while staying within our tight budget was really beneficial.
