Constraction reviews in Worcester, Massachusetts

Oasis gave me a detailed proposal. They understood my requirements. Most importantly they delivered a high quality new roof, professional team, outstanding results.

OCI did a wonderful James Hardie siding job. Their staff is well trained and skilled and follow manufacturer guidelines. There was a minor misunderstanding between the initial offer, but the pre construction meeting was very effective to clarify any misunderstanding.
I highly recommend OCI for their quality of work and customer service

OCI360 was fantastic. They replaced my roof and I couldn't be happier. They were professional, respectful, fast, and my new roof looks amazing! Matthew was a terrific crew leader - he double and triple checked everything the crew did, made sure the work site was spotless, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Pedro helped us with our broken window and fixed it same day! He was very professional and friendly. Would use gain.

Contract Signed, Deposit Paid, then they asked for $5500 more to start the job. (Proposal #16872151)

OCI360 Exteriors sent out someone to look at the project (June 7, 2024) and spent a few hours measuring and talking about procedure and policies etc. He gave me a quote within a few hours and even offered to lower it if we would pay cash. He called his boss while we were sitting there, who offered an even better price if we would let them put a sign up and pressure us to agree to terms on the spot, which I said I would not do without my spouse.

They sent the proposal (June 18, 2024) and we agreed to terms that day or the next and I signed the contract.

They sent an invoice for the first third of the work (June 28, 2024, I didn't see this the first time, and requested that they resent it on July 1, 2024). They sent the project manager out to look at the job (On or about July 3, 2024) and look at logistics. He told me that once the deposit was paid they will file a permit the same day with our town. I texted them immediately after the deposit was sent (July 8, 2024) and my phone rang within 10 seconds. They said they mismeasured the job (two weeks earlier) and it would require $5500 more for them to do the job. This was a 68% increase over the agreed upon (signed contract) price. They asked me how much my other offers were for and I said I wouldn't tell them that and that I expected the company to hold up their end of our contract. I do not think they are losing money at all. After two weeks since I paid and they have still not filed a permit or delivered a dumpster as promised. The project manager texted me today to say that his office would start processing the return of my deposit as they would not do the job unless we agreed to pay 68% more than the quoted, signed upon price. If this review is still posted here, then this matter has not been resolved, and my money has still not been refunded.

OCI did a great job. Matthew, our project manager did a fabulous job. They arrived when they were scheduled, they worked incredibly hard, and it looks like they did a great job (hard to tell if the roof might leak, as we may never have rain again). It turned out to be a 2-day job instead of one, as planned b/c , no surprise, the boards were rotted under the old roof. Matt kept me posted at every step and they didn’t skip a beat.
I have gardens all around the house and they took good care to protect everything and they did an excellent job on the clean up, both days!
They left the place looking much better than they found it. We planned to have the gutters replaced and when they pulled off the old ones, the old stuff they were attached to came off too. They generously replaced the aluminum fascia and it looks great.
Many thanks to Matthew and crew!

We hired Oasis after some water damage from a leaking skylight caused our ceiling to begin to fall apart and we needed to replace the skylight and repair the interior damage.

We were very pleased with the entire experience working with Oasis. The turnaround time from when we first contacted Oasis, to when the work began was very speedy and timely. The job began on time, finished when they said it would and remained on budget with what Oasis originally quoted.

Matthew did the work for us and he was absolutely fantastic! He arrived exactly when he said he would every day and kept us updated throughout the project. I had several question throughout the whole project and Matthew was very patience with me for all of my questions and was also extremely informative. Matthew is a true professional and excellent craftsman.

I cannot say enough good things about Matthew and Oasis! If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Oasis and will be using them again in the future.

Oasis recently completed the installation of Hardie siding on our home.

Every aspect of the project was seamless; the only delay was awaiting receipt of custom corners.

We're happy to have a (truly) maintenence-free exterior!

Great job!!

Amazing work & very professional!

CSC did a great job installing a shed in my backyard. I would recommend and use them again.

Great service and great price, punctual and great communication throughout the project.

Augustine and his team did an awesome job cleaning out gutters and windows . They do full carpentry work and left the place spotless.

Augustin and his team well communicated all the work needed to be done. The tiling was beautiful and clean. They are very detailed with their work, and are affordable!

I just wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful it was working with Corporation Stone Corporation. From the beginning correspondence, explaining the project I had in mind~they were responsive and really listened to what I had wanted. That week, they were over to complete the job. The crew did completed the work promptly, also were thoughtful and savaged some quality soil and spread it around in the garden. What a great group to work with. I wish more companies were as responsive thoughtful as hardworking. Thank you again, Augustin and Wilfredo!

Thank you for doing such a great job on my deck. If anyone is looking to get work done on their house, I would definitely recommend him and his guys. Good communication, easy scheduling, good workmanship. I'm especially impressed that after I paid in full, he came back out to do some finishing touches. I think that demonstrates a lot of integrity which is something that's hard to find these days.

Augustine has been an absolute pleasure to work with, he has done multiple carpentry projects and remodels at my property. Cleanup, communication and quality is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Augustin’s team. As a property manager I have used them for roof repair, sheetrock and painting, carpet installation and plowing. Easy communication, they show up when they say they will, work hard and complete the job thoroughly. Happy to recommend!

We are very pleased with Corporate Stone Construction’s work on our brick walkway in front of our home. We chose this company after meeting with Agustín who explained the details of the project which involved replacing wooden steps with granite ones and realigning all the bricks, this was quite a job and it just looks great!
The crew was very hard working, respectful and efficient, Franklin took time to explain each step along the way as the work was being done. Agustín kept in touch throughout the project, responding to text messages even on Saturdays, he was patient and knowledgeable answering all our questions. We really appreciated that he checked in at the end of each day to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done and to answer additional questions we might have. We have contracted with them to repair our shed, we highly recommend Corporate Stone Construction!

Augustine is a great guy to work with. He listened to our concerns/questions carefully and addressed them in a timely manner. His crew is knowledgeable in the tasks they are given. I would hire him again for future projects, in fact going to start one soon.

I had amazing experience with deck remodeling and patio door installation. Crew had been very accommodating and got the work done quickly. Highly recommend.
