EV chargers installed by this company are still not operational due to an unresolved inspection issue. After installation was completed, we were presented with a $2,000 additional engineering charge that was never disclosed in the contract or prior to the work being done. Until this dispute is resolved, the chargers cannot be energized or used.
The lack of upfront disclosure and the resulting delay has been frustrating, especially for a project intended to serve residents. Better transparency and project planning would have avoided this situation.
