This company and their staff are superlative in every way. Starting with my contact with the office to the final cleanup by the crew . . . met, no exceeded, my expectations on every front.

Ingrid came and did the site survey. A quote was prompt in coming. A couple of quesitons got answered immediately and an adjustment to the quote was handled without a hitch.

The gentlemen who came on-site to do the work were courteous, extraordinarily accommodating and the windows were sparkling when they were finished.

Oh, and the rate they charged was more than reasonable . . . it was a bargain.

110% will hire them again. I recommend them without reservation.

We keep noticing with delight new areas that are more thoroughly cleaned than we thought possible. Didn’t disrupt any of the trinkets/ organization on surfaces — left things as they found them, only dust-free!

Great service overall. I hired TMS for a semi Annual deep clean which was done very well. A week later I did notice a missed opportunity. When I brought it to their attention they sent their crew back over the same day! TMS was responsive and attentive throughout. I will definitely call them again

Amazing service from start to finish. Booking was extremely efficient and easy to schedule. Staff was more then accommodating despite the chaotic back and forth of scheduling due to renovation delays. The end result of our whole house deep clean was above and beyond. Our assigned cleaner, Sabrina and her team made our house sparkle like new and even detailed our appliances and scrubbed years off of our tiled shower and bathrooms. My husband and I couldn’t believe the amazing attention to detail. They even cleaned all the shelves, drawers, cabinets, and closets leaving our house in immaculate condition.

We will only book our house cleaning services with TMS from now on.

I loved the result so much that I also booked an upholstery service as well and anticipate that I will be leaving another 5 star review.

TMS Cleaning Services was wonderful to work with. The scheduling process was simple and easy. TMS was able to get an excellent crew to our house on short notice for a deep clean. The work was extraordinary and we are so very happy with the results. The two women who deep cleaned our house were so friendly, professional, and diligent in their work. I called the Tuesday before thanksgiving and had a crew out the next day! They were very busy yet did an after hours call. Three cleaners came. They were professional, polite and perfectly thorough.

Im extremely impressed with the 3 cleaners hired to deep clean my rental unit. Just wow! My tenants left it a wreck and I had little hope to get it back to normal, but they cleaned all 800 sq ft and unfinished basement in 7 hrs. Did the best they could with cat urine soaked carpet-- but it at least looks good. Im thinking I need to hire them for my own home. I will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!!!
