Terrible communication. Booked him to do weekly service and after a month they didn't come once. Not recommended unless you want to waste your time with endless emails, excuses and phone calls.

GCLS has provided various mostly lawn maintenance services since 2017, after the draught of 2016 destroyed our lawn almost entirely. They did a great job in re-building healthy lawn ever since, including regular (re-)seeding, weed control, aerating and lawn fertilizing. In addition, they also helped contain pine tree fungus when needed.
We have no complaint about their reliable and courteous service.

Do not recommend this company. Very difficult to get a hold of. Sometime they respond quickly other times not at all. I was more upset that they forgot to put a sign down that they had just serviced the lawn with chemicals. I told them multiple times we have dogs and were concerned that dogs might get sick. When they come, they normally put a sign out and I take my dogs else where but this is second time they didn’t. I emailed them about and they really could not of cared less about my concerns. I frankly am not even sure they they came and serviced the lawn, only found out once I got the bill.

This is the first year I’ve used Great Care Lawn Service and going forward will use them again. I called because We found 3 ticks in 5 days on us and that was enough- haven’t found a tick since! They are professional, give me a heads up when they are coming, and leave the flag on the lawn when done- couldn’t be any happier with their service! Thank you!
