Completely incompetent and unprofessional. The owner is rude as were the employees he had work on one of my properties. Do not recommend. Much better companies out there.

This company is horrible. I had an appointment set up for 2, no one showed up. When I called they rescheduled to 6pm, again no one showed up. No answer when i called. They next day I called and they sent someone right away. She promised to send a list of pricing over to me as soon as ahe got back to the office. I never received anything. I called the next day to see what was up and the guy said she was working on everything that had been discussed and it would be send right over. Its been a week and I haven’t received anything. Don’t waste your time on this company. Go somewhere else

We have been slammed with 2 bigs storms and we rely on VIP for snowplowing & shoveling. On the 1st storm I was disappointed that they plowed and carved up some of my lawn so I called them to complain. They explained why (very heavy snow) they showed concern and even more importantly, they did a stellar job on the most recent storm. You can tell the commitment of the folks you rely on when things don't go well, how they respond, and how the back up their promises. VIP treated me with VIP service which is why I give them 5 stars!

You can rely on VIP Landscaping to park on the other side of the street in front of someone else’s house, causing them a massive parking headache and alienating your dear neighbor! Better call off that cookout. Hire these people if you hate your neighbor🙏🙏

I recently parked my car on Russell St for appt. I was early so walked at park when I returned to my car an employee was leaf blowing in front of my car. Completely covered my car with debris, unfortunately I was late did not take picture. The leaves were not on anyone’s property on public street. I called the company and Megan was very nice brought a car wash gift card. However I pointed out that my car now has several paint chips. I followed up with phone calls never received return call. I would not trust this company’s employees near my property they thought it was funny. Disregard stars mistakenly rated

I needed a lawn mowed twice while out of town for a month, and VIP Landscaping was recommended. I called well before we needed service. My calls went unreturned. I finally reached them just before we left town, and was told "we'll get you on the schedule and call you back later in the week." I did not receive a call back. I tried calling again the following week and they were closed for the holiday (for a full week). No big deal; but my call was not returned the first day they were open again. I finally reached them 15 days after we first made contact, and was told "we weren't able to get you on the schedule after all." Apparently they didn't think it was necessary to call and tell me this.

They may or may not do good work - I can't say, because their customer service was so poor that they didn't even bother to call to tell me that they couldn't do the work we had agreed upon.

The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work and checked in a few times after it was done to make sure the grass and plants were coming in properly. The crew that came to do the work were very nice and polite and worked as hard as they could to get the job done as quickly as possible. Highly recomend for any big yard projects or even maintenance.

VIP is contracted by my condo management company to take care of the property.
They failed to come out to salt / sand the stairs and walkways this morning. That was at 7:35 this morning at which time I slipped on the ice and landed on the stairs to the cars.
After a call to our management company, VIP showed up at 10:00 this morning and put down about an inch of salt and finally did the walkways. One of the neighbors gave him a hard time about how much salt he was putting down and the driver’s response was “who cares”. He then told both my neighbor and I to go back in the house. The driver stated that he had been here 7 times already and doesn’t think that any one really fell.
All I’ve got to say is, no problem monkey boy my attorney will be in touch.

Ordered mortar sand for my above ground pool, the owner gave me time to pick up my yard & prepare where I wanted the pool & mark it out, but the best part was they squeezed in a open spot off my driveway & dropped the sand in the marked area, I understand this is rare but they did try & successfully. I will use this company whenever I need them without a second thought.

Have used VIP for my current and previous place of residence for over 10 plus years. I will not use anyone else. I have recommended them multiple times throughout the years with nothing but positive feedback and thank you's from those who I recommended them too. They should be your go to for all your residential and commercial landscaping and plowing needs.

Just hired VIP Landscaping to spread and roll regrinds at my house and they did a phenomenal job! They showed up on time on the day scheduled and completed the job on time and at the price quoted! Definitely recommend Brett, Jeremy and the guys at VIP for all your landscaping needs!!!
