Incredible service! I called C&C Temp Control very late on a Friday afternoon after learning the a/c at my parents’ house had not been working for days! They are elderly and not having a/c in this heat was worrisome. I called C&C at a friend’s recommendation and provided the details to their after-hours message service – a live person mind you not a machine. Within 30 minutes a technician named Sami called me and we worked out the specifics about my parent’s situation. He arrived a short while later and the a/c was up and running shortly thereafter! I could not have asked for a better outcome nor more professional and courteous service from all involved parties. I would highly recommend C&C!!

in 2014 C&C Temp Control installed a mini-split system in our house, for our sunroom, that allowed us to use the room 12 months of the year. What a difference it has made in our use of that space! We were so pleased with the experience, that in the Fall of 2019, we asked Bob and his team to replace our 30+ year old furnace. Bob came to our house, did a site review and presented us with an assortment of options that would address our needs. His team was respectful of our house and made sure to keep us up to date with any issues or concerns that we had. We recommend C&C Temp Control whenever the topic of heating system maintenance, repairs or upgrades comes along.

Joe and Matt did a great job installing our heating system and AC. They were both very professional, hard working, courteous and did a great job! I would highly recommend them and your company to anyone looking for work to be done. My wife and I are very happy with the install and about having working heat and AC again!

I just had Tommy and Alex install mini splits at my residence. They were neat friendly and courteous. I use C&C professionally also and it is always the same. Highly recommended both personally and from a business side.

I have worked now with Bob at C&C for a couple of years. He and his team installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my home and it was done professionally and I could not be more happy. Today I had service done with Sami and he was so professional- great to have his level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and quality of work.

We had no heat and CC Temp Control came within the same day to service us. Jeremy was the tech. he found the issue and replaced our thermostat. all was complete in an hour! This company is very efficient. Jeremy was very professional and experienced. i would recommend them in a heartbeat! 5 Stars !!!!

C&C was amazing! They came out same day. Danielle was so nice on the phone making arrangements (I live out of state) and Roger had the unit fixed and running that afternoon. Their prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend C&C Temp Control.

One of the greatest HVAC system around Worcester area. I like the fact that when giving me a quote they actually stopped and listen what where my concerns and what I wanted for my house as opposed to other companies that try to impose their design on you. They gave me multiple options and let me choose what best fit my needs. When it comes to the installation Ben and Jared was great they took the time to answer all my question and concerns and they addressed all the concerns I had right there on the spot. If you are looking to install or replace you HVAC system I would say give this company a call before making your final decision. They installed my new central air system, which I thought wasn’t possible at my house, and I also used them to replace my oil tank.

They installed a ductless mini-split system for me in early September. I have been testing it out before writing. Has been working as expected with no problems. The salesman and installers were very responsive to my needs, installation was on schedule and done well. Their price was the best of the 5 estimates I got for the same equipment. Jared and Ben were great and did a super job - would recommend this company to others.

I am the HVAC and Mechanical Manager for Old Sturbridge Village, Old Sturbridge Academy, the Old Sturbridge Inn and the Reeder Family Lodges. In the past two years I have had numerous HVAC/Refrigeration Sytems replaced, repaired, rewired, re-piped, re-ducted, etc. by C&C Temp Control. As well as multiple new HVAC/R installations and I don't have any issues or concerns. C&C stands behind their work and always guarantee the job gets done correctly. They also provide excellent plumbing repair and installation services from their on-staff master plumbers. I can't say enough positive things about their customer service, prompt emergency services, technical abilities, adaptivity and attention to detail! They have the knowledge, experience, engineering, project management and sensibility you need to satisfy all of your HVAC/R needs. No need to search any further because C&C has got you covered!

Replaced my propane/forced air/central air system with a Mitsubishi heat pump system. It's a significant investment but economically it was very smart and I am confident the system will pay for itself. C&C was great to work with. They provided a timely competitive proposal and did the install (decent sized project) within a month. The install was done smartly and professionally by Jarett and Ben. I definitely recommend.

I needed to upgrade my old mercury thermostats, so I looked online for a heating contractor in my area, and found C&C Temp Control. I called and they were at my house within 24 hrs. They installed two Honeywell thermostats. Bob programmed them for me, and went through the set up step by step. Very easy to use, very reasonable prices! I would highly recommend C&C!

I have been very impressed and appreciative of the work that C&C Temp Control did for me in replacing my older Heating and AC system with new units. The technicians were Mike, Tyler , Joe and Nate and all of them were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.

My experience with C&C Temp started over a year ago when I called to ask for a quote to replace my existing HVAC system. I had 4 companies come to my home to give estimates. Bob showed up to look at my system and make measurements. Based on the questions I asked him and how he answered them, I felt more comfortable. It then took me about a year to make a decision as I went back and forth between whether I wanted a high efficiently system or the standard, often reaching out to Bob with more questions.

I ended up going with the high efficiently system. The technicians (Mike, Tyler , Joe and Nate) came to my house on Dec 27, 2021 and 2 days later, everything is working and has been working well since. For the AC, we couldn't test it yet as it's too cold but I will know in May/June. The technicians also had to replace two dampers and run a new wire from the new Ecobee thermostat on the 1st floor to the basement. This meant they had to cut holes in the ceiling in the basement (because I had finished the basement and it was all dry wall instead of drop-down ceiling), they never complained, they just worked and got the job done and cleaned up the area nicely. Thank you, Mike, Tyler , Joe and Nate!

I hired C&C to install a hybrid water heater and remove my indirect water heater because I wanted my oil system gone. The techs were excellent and professional and answered every question I had. They even explained why they couldn't legally set my water temp at the same temp as my old one due to codes being 130° max allowance. My old tank gave me 160° water, which is extremely dangerous. I have a different company removing my old systems but they refused to disconnect the boiler from the piping system. So I asked C&C if they could disconnect my boiler for me at no charge, because I already paid for the water heater. I was politely told that I'd have to pay for any additional work due to it not being part of the water heater install, which is accurate. I feel as though the company I hired to remove my boiler is responsible for disconnecting the boiler and not C&C who installed the water heater. I should have realized that extra work means an extra charge, even though I've paid for other projects, those werent apart of this project. C&C has been nothing but honest and fair from day one! I highly recommend this company!

We had split units installed a few weeks ago and the service we received from this company was incredible. Bob Chase who instructed us on the units we needed and quoting us a price to and informing us of the rebates ( which were a big factor on us choosing this company.) was so helpful and answered all our questions. He two very professional installer Jason and Brian that were accommodating, cleaned up after themselves and did not leave until everything was working perfectly. They made sure we could access to all the units on our phones. There were difficulties but stayed an extra couple of hours until all was a go.
We recommend this company very highly!

Jason Bouchard installed three new thermostats and did so professionally, with quality and in a very efficient manner. He explained the two different types of thermostat to me and how to maintain them. C and C Temp Control responded to my request for a quote, provided a written contract explaining the price and made a prompt appointment time. Jason was right on time for the appointment and conducted himself in a friendly professional manner. I will continue to highly recommend C and C Temp Control to my family and friends. Highly recommend C & C Temp Control for all of your heating, air conditioning or plumbing needs! While renovating our kitchen we ran into a plumbing issue that would have held up the entire project. Bob responded immediately and had Tracey coordinate everything with their plumbers. They were professional, prompt and kept me informed throughout the process. Cannot thank the entire C & C team enough for their quality work and responsiveness! 5 Stars across the board!!!

Wonderful 👍🏻 CC Temp control technician Kevin Robert was very knowledgeable and professional at our home this past week. He even put shoe covers on his shoes without me asking him. I have beige carpets, and I usually have to ask service people to remove their shoes. Kevin Robert is number one furance/heater technician. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest and quality job performed. He was very respectful of our home. Great work! Satisfied customers! Keep up the good work 😊
