In my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone; they are dishonest and caused me a loss of US$2400.

Ed outright cheated my client off her money.
We called him for a repair of the heating system, we identified the gas valve as the issue, to which we agreed for him to replace it.
He sent us and invoice, came in to replace it, but after he left, we noticed the same old gas valve was installed.
After back and for arguments he acknowledged that he would ref7nd the money for the new part that was not installed, but first he need to return the gas valve he never installed to get a refund from the vendor.Plain dishonest and I would never recommend him to anyone.
Customer is still waiting for her refund.
