The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work and checked in a few times after it was done to make sure the grass and plants were coming in properly. The crew that came to do the work were very nice and polite and worked as hard as they could to get the job done as quickly as possible. Highly recomend for any big yard projects or even maintenance.

VIP is contracted by my condo management company to take care of the property.
They failed to come out to salt / sand the stairs and walkways this morning. That was at 7:35 this morning at which time I slipped on the ice and landed on the stairs to the cars.
After a call to our management company, VIP showed up at 10:00 this morning and put down about an inch of salt and finally did the walkways. One of the neighbors gave him a hard time about how much salt he was putting down and the driver’s response was “who cares”. He then told both my neighbor and I to go back in the house. The driver stated that he had been here 7 times already and doesn’t think that any one really fell.
All I’ve got to say is, no problem monkey boy my attorney will be in touch.

Ordered mortar sand for my above ground pool, the owner gave me time to pick up my yard & prepare where I wanted the pool & mark it out, but the best part was they squeezed in a open spot off my driveway & dropped the sand in the marked area, I understand this is rare but they did try & successfully. I will use this company whenever I need them without a second thought.

Have used VIP for my current and previous place of residence for over 10 plus years. I will not use anyone else. I have recommended them multiple times throughout the years with nothing but positive feedback and thank you's from those who I recommended them too. They should be your go to for all your residential and commercial landscaping and plowing needs.

Just hired VIP Landscaping to spread and roll regrinds at my house and they did a phenomenal job! They showed up on time on the day scheduled and completed the job on time and at the price quoted! Definitely recommend Brett, Jeremy and the guys at VIP for all your landscaping needs!!!

These guys are clueless.....at our condo association they do the buildings propert that are not part of the association across the street.....they are not even suppose to go over there....So they can't even figure out where the job is to be done.

No, it deserves a review. If your team is that inept then writing it down so others can see is the way to go. I don't owe you any courtesy to call you....I have an idea, do your job right and get good reviews, do your job poorly and get negative ones.

Incompetent operators that can't be bothered to clean off their equipment. Don't get behind them on the road. They're ready to pepper your car with rocks and gravel. Help keep bad drivers off the road, take your business elsewhere.

Getting ready to order stones for around the pool soon, had such a fantastic experience last time with mortar sand for above ground pool, such a great company, recommend them highly.

If you need any landscaping or outdoor plumbing, look no further, VIP is your answer!! These wonderful folks were at my house within an hour when my water main burst. They were informative, efficient, and made me feel like I was in the right hands from the beginning. Very personable and made me laugh when I was ready to cry. VIP will be my go to for all my landscaping/outdoor plumbing from now on. 5* for sure!!!

This company has been servicing my HOA for a few years now, all I ever see is them blowing and riding on a lawn mower, that's their best effort in the summer. Thanks to their plowing skills the plow took out my front yard bushes and turned it to dirt and broken branches in the summertime. I asked them to clean up after themselves when trimming, the guy laughed at me and left all the bush trimmings on the ground Trust me with this company you do not get VIP treatment.

Patti really needs to have a drink and relax and try not take things so personally. The thought of a bottle cap remaining on the property grounds is quite troublesome and I will personally have a talk with the owner for you.

For almost 20 years I have been using VIP and have never had an issue. They are always professional, reliable and just assisted me in finishing a large backyard batting cage project that I thought I could pull off on my own.

Have nothing but great things to say about Jeremy and his crew at VIP! We just moved into a new house in Worcester (from Texas) and unfortunately the lawn in both the front and back of the house needed some help ASAP. Jeremy was able to quickly (within 3 days) get his crew to Harley rake and grade the backyard, install a concrete pad outside the patio door, and bring in fresh loam before our new fence was installed. Insanely good customer service! Soon after, we received a hydroseeding treatment and look forward to a brand new lawn! Jeremy has been ultra responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. You can definitely tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. Would highly recommend him and VIP for any project! Look forward to our continued relationship!
