Big shout out to Lucas Ford, and the entire team at Ford Home Services. In the Fall of 2024, they worked on a plan to bring our lawn back with multiple different treatments. They spend considerable amount of time in the Spring of 2025 to get a jump on the growing season. Wow, what a difference in the before (Nov '24) and after (Jun '25). Matt Rousseau, technician, came to our home for carpenter bee treatment as well as mole/vole treatment. He was outstanding! He informed me, step by step, on what he would be doing, and what to expect. He was extremely thorough and I felt confident we were in good hands.Excellent customer service.
