Reviews of local pros in Worcester, Massachusetts

We hired RJ to replace our upstairs rug in our recently purchased home. Ironically he had done the original rug years ago for previous owners! He was quick to respond, on time and he and his team were great to work with. We had him also clean our floors, the man worked magic! Would highly recommend him and will definitely use RJ Lacroix in the future!

Extra review: Using marketplace, I picked up a 9x12 wool Persian rug (red with blue borders)for $200. Immediately called Rich who was able to take it to his cleaning factory. He washed twice due to the prior homeowners use of carpet cleaning products. He returned a rug in perfect condition. His company is tops…use no other for your carpet and flooring needs!

Rich and his team do exceptional work. I’ve used LaCroix for a number of projects over the years and the results have been phenomenal. Most recently he personally renovated a black and white tile floor to an exceptional mirror like level and cleaned 7 oriental carpets including replacing the fringe. They look brand new!! Never, ever hesitate to call upon Rich and his time for high end and on time work! Jim

Had gutters installed. Gutter corners were not sealed properly upon installation. Several visits to “fix” leaking corners occurred last year when the weather was warm. Now we are in a freeze/thaw cycle and one corner is leaking again, all over the entry to the house, creating an ice hazard. Not cool! Was assured by the person in charge of the job that it was all fixed after the fourth or fifth visit. Apparently you can’t fix a job that was botched at the start. And by the way, this is a 20 year customer with a slate roof. Had been satisfied up until this job. Have found a new company.

Nathan the technician, was amiable and punctual. He started working once I showed him my dryer and the outdoor vent. I thought there would be lint all over, but when he was done, there was none. He even identified and resolved a problem with my vent host. William was professional, amiable, and on time. After cleaning my vents, he showed me the components that were discarded and described what he was going to do. I called the number, the person answered with a simple "hello". I asked if I had dialed Kirkos Masonry and the person hung up. I verified that I dialed the correct number. Pretty good indicator of their (lack of) professionalism.
