Reviews of local pros in Worcester, Massachusetts

Booking online was simple and communication was excellent. The tech texted before arrival, wore shoe covers, and explained everything clearly. Had a new rain cap installed on the spot. Smooth, easy experience from start to finish. 🧱

We recently moved into an older home and had no idea what condition the chimney was in. Shamrock Chimney came highly recommended and truly delivered. The tech explained everything clearly, showed us inspection photos, and didn’t push unnecessary services.

We recently moved into an older home and wanted to make sure the fireplace was safe to use. The team from Shamrock CHIMNEY did a thorough inspection and walked us through the condition of the liner and cap. I appreciated how patient they were with all my questions. Definitely gave me peace of mind before lighting our first fire 🔥

I was impressed with their work. The communication was fantastic. They updated me every day on when the crew would arrive. They provided pictures each night so I could see the progress. I found them through a Google search and glad I did. I would highly recommend them. Here is a before and after photos.

We use our wood stove as our main heat source, so maintenance is important. Shamrock has been servicing it for two years and they’re always thorough. They even caught a worn gasket before it became a problem. Reliable and detail-oriented every time.

Shamrock Chimney 🍀 was the absolute best!
Last Tues smoke alarm sounded in basement, Sent my son to "change the battery." He said alarm still going off. Fire Dept came. CO tested high in basement from H2O tank & chimney. Called around & Mary at Shamrock was able to rearrange her crew's schedule to come on Thursday! I thought they'd need to order parts & come back. Had everything on the truck with them and worked until the job was completed. Polite, professional, got the job done!!

These guys were fantastic! They did a great job, and we're extremely happy with the work they did on our chimney, which required relaying the top four courses of brick, repointing many areas from the roof to the new courses, a new crown, and a lock-top damper. We had five quotes, and they were by far the best price. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and FAST. We were told by other companies it would take 2-3 days, but the team got it done in less than one day. Evan and Marcus were excellent, and I would recommend them and Shamrock to friends and family. See two before photos and two after photos.

They did a great job with home construction, showing that they were professionals who cared about doing good work. Adding sheetrock and installing deck rails were part of the project to get an occupancy permit. You could tell they were cautious about the details because the finishes were clean and planned. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and aggressive problem-solving. By maintaining a clean work area, they demonstrated their trustworthiness and efficiency. The whole thing went smoothly and was better than I had hoped. They are highly recommended because they are honest, professional, and do outstanding work. I will hire them again for future tasks.

Extremely prompt. Workers arrived exactly on time. Micheal called me days in advance to let me know exactly when things would happen. Extremely happy with the work.
