This company is the best. I called to have my L-shaped sofa cleaned and when they arrived they completely accommodated my request to do a last minute additional five large carpets and a stair case. Timing was wonderful they came the day after I called 😳 no businesses are that quick but these guys are. I will definitely use them again. Friendly, accommodating awesome group. Thanks so much guys.

We hired Carpet Revolution due to rain water damage in our basement.
The carpet revolution is a very knowledgeable bunch. Their squad leader Stallone is very good in his business and very empathetic to solve customer problems. He really has that passion.
He gave a very cost effective solution and delivered on the committed budget.
They employed industrial humidifiers, powerful fans, high power suction equipments to dry the carpet and padding to the last bit. Then they disinfected and washed the carpet.
My basement.is gleaming now.
I will recommend the team in a heart beat for restoration and carpet cleaning.

This company is fantastic to work with. Very punctual, very professional, and they did an amazing job on our 4 area rugs. We were certain they were goners, but these guys brought them back to like new condition. Very quick turnaround also.

I have two dogs, not little dogs… Need I say more? They came in and an under three hours cleaned all of my rugs and upholstery and everything looks new again… And I don’t need to light candles at least for a little while. Great job recommend highly. Worth every penny

Had a wool carpet that was densely stained by our dog who had urine problems. yellow all over an expensive Crate and Barrel carpet. they picked up, cleaned and delivered all within a very reasonable time and for a very affordable price. we are happy with the results and highly recommend. will definitely use them again!

This company exceeded expectations with their Chimney Inspection and Chimney Cleaning. They also completed a small Chimney Installation repair. The fireplace now drafts properly. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. They recommended Mold Removal. The Mold Remediation advice was clear.

I recently hired R&K Termite Pest Control Worcester, MA for a Chimney Inspection at my home in Massachusetts, and I was very satisfied with the service. The technician, David, arrived on time and performed a detailed Chimney Inspection, carefully checking for blockages, cracks, and creosote buildup. He explained everything clearly and gave practical recommendations to keep my fireplace operating safely. I appreciated how thorough and organized he was throughout the process. The inspection gave me confidence that my chimney system is in good condition for the season. I also asked about Mold Removal because of minor dampness in my basement, and he explained their Mold Remediation approach and how they safely handle Mold Removal if any issues are found. It’s reassuring to know they can assist with mold concerns as well.

No answer says 24hr service. Don't bother!

Wow! This company is expert at taking a bad situation (water tank let go and we had 6" of water) and making it a pleasant experience. From the time I called Kelli (very helpful and responsive) to the time Tim showed up was just over 2 hours. Tim is the perfect person to manage a project-- calm, detailed and a pleasure to deal with. Tim never over promised but always did exactly what he said he would do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any of their services.

Can not say enough about the service. The two techs were really super. They were very efficient and friendly. They went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. The project manager came over to discuss their solution to my problem and then again to evaluate the finished job. And the price for the service was quite reasonable. Highly recommend.
