Cody and Kyle came by to install my Tesla batteries. They were both courteous and respectful. Their work was very neat and professional. I didn’t like the first location of the batteries, so I asked them to move them. I know it was a little bit of an inconvenience for them, but they said no problem and made sure to move them to a location that I was happy with. The batteries weigh around 300 lbs each, so I know moving them wasn’t the easiest thing in the world to do. Overall I thought they did a great job. At the end of the day they wanted to make sure my wife and I were happy, and I appreciate that. And, as an added bonus they are by far some of, if not the best looking electricians in Eastern Mass! Thanks again guys!

Isaiah Ealy did a great job at trying to help us with getting our system online and working. We did have some issues with communication and trying to get the process rolling but after a while, everything did get sorted out and our system is working fine as well as our batteries. Thank lunex

I had a frightening experience where a person working for a solar company (NOT this company) came to my household and tried opening my door twice, in one day. I did some research online and then called this company to see if the person that was trying to come inside my household worked for this company; and although he did NOT, Katie (director of operations for New England), helped me tremendously! She helped me feel safe, comfortable, did research for me, and helped me to find the company this individual "worked" for. If it was not for her help, I would likely not have the information I needed to keep me and my family safe in my home. I would highly recommend this company just based on their compassion for people, and their help for someone even knowing it had nothing to do with their company in the end. I cannot thank Katie enough, truly! & Now in the future- I know exactly where to go to for solar!

I was connected to Lunex through their partnership with East Coast Metal Roofing (ECMR), as an installer that maintains the roof warranty. Brad, Katie, and Andrew at Lunex were all fantastic to work with throughout the process.

Brad walked me through the quote, the options, how many panels we could fit (and the layout), and an estimate of how much coverage that would get us. The handoff between ECMR and Lunex in the work process was seamless.

Before the install, unfortunately the specific panels that we had ordered weren't available, but Lunex instead provided me with the slightly higher powered option at no additional cost.

Any time I needed to reach out to the team, they were always prompt to respond.

Katie was amazing, navigating delays that arose through the city's and Eversource's side of the process (signing off on inspection so things could move to Eversource for Permission to Operate, and then waiting on Eversource to respond to the PTO), with Andrew even going in person to the city to help push the process along at one point. Katie did her best to try to keep the process between them and the city and them and Eversource, rather than it having to be on my plate, which I truly appreciate.

Once those barriers were overcome, within an hour or so of getting permission to operate, my panels were on and I had access to the account for the app, allowing me to monitor my system.

Lunex installed a great system at a better price. Very easy to understand. It's fun to watch consumption and savings in real time!

Delivered as promised during the crazy busy fall of 2026 just before the federal tax credit ended. Contract in early September and installation in mid-November. High quality work. Inspection took longer than expected due to the crush of customers but Lunex shifted some personnel to MA and by the end of January the system is powered up! Thank you!
