Aimee was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Replaced our ice maker in a reasonable amount of time and offered suggestions about the settings. If we need another repair, I hope she is the person they send.

Unfortunately I’ve had some bad luck with a brand new set of Maytag washer and dryer. D&S has been on site at my home to do some repairs. Each time I’ve had to schedule an appointment the ladies have been very polite, courteous and helpful.
Lee and another gentleman have been the technicians to arrive. I have always been kept up to date on estimated time of arrival. I even get a phone call when technician has finished his previous job and on the way to my house.
I have primarily dealt with technician Lee. He has been very knowledgeable of the appliances I purchased. He does not waste anytime, had my Dryer torn all the way down to replace a chassis that was damaged in shipping, in no time, I was very impressed. Technician Lee has also replaced control panel and gearbox on the washing machine. Each time he has been on site he is very polite and takes the time to explain any questions that I may have. Me being a computer technician it’s hard not asking questions and understanding how things work. Never once given an attitude, Lee actually took the time with the old part to show me where the failure was! A+ service from D&S!
Wish I had not gone with Maytag, Quality of the machines is poor and cheaply made. All my life growing up watching those maytag commercials, how board the Maytag repair man was, I had always wanted a Maytag washer and dryer. I finally could afford a brand new washer and dryer at the age of 42 and I wish I went with the cheapest Chinese stuff because the Maytag is no different, except more expensive! Maytag’s customer service was a terrible experience also, so it was such a relief to get such a compassionate service company in the end.
Technician Lee said he would get them fixed up and working like new. He even reached out to maytag on my behalf so I did not have to deal with them anymore once D&S got involved!
