I had just gotten an estimate on replacing two water heaters when one of them began leaking. They were able to come the very next morning and install the new water heaters. They were on time, professional, efficient and kind.

My hot water tank was leaking profusely. I called clevco and they responded quickly. They installed a new tank that day and the price they gave me was well under what any other company would of charged. I also had them go through my heating system to make sure everything was working properly. He has also installed new water heaters, and converted oil to gas systems for me with absolutely no issues. I can always count on them for top work and I never have to call them back with issues!!

We hired Clevco to install central air on our second floor. Everything seem to be going well, however after the fact, we noticed that our ceiling had very clumsy holes around where the air-conditioning vents were. They sent someone over to paint and they painted everything gray on my white ceilings. I have since had the ceilings completely repainted. Very unprofessional, but I kind of let that slide. When they were installing the AC, I noticed that they were only installing one zone for our entire top floor. And there are only two vents in my large master bedroom and they are next to each other on one side of the room. I questioned how the air would circulate through the whole room and cool it off and I was assured that the two vents that we had would be plenty. Well, it’s been about two years and my bedroom is always stifling hot. Last year, I had them come back to help me figure out how we could solve this either by adding a zone or adding vents . The recommendation to me was to get a wireless thermostat because the rest of my upstairs is freezing cold and my bedroom is hot because I have to keep running the AC to try to cool my bedroom down. He said a wireless thermostat in my bedroom would solve the problem. Obviously that’s ridiculous, it will just keep running the AC until my room cools down, freezing out the rest of the top floor, as we do now! When I told him that wouldn’t work, he said "well you should just call Mass Save and they can help you", and brushed me off. I’ve had three other HVAC companies in here and they all say it’s very easy to go up upstairs into the attic and create a second zone for my bedroom. They also all said it should’ve been done in the first place as I thought. The vents and equipment that they use is very industrial looking, unlike the subtle equipment that we have for our lower floor AC. There are better choices out there for AC installation in my opinion.

Just finished my third project with Clevco. Absolutely perfect ,all three buildings. Very attentive, knowledgeable and competitively priced. Will definitely call Rick in the future when a complete HVAC system is needed to be designed and installed.

Had my furnace kick out in the dead of winter. Clevco was here within hours to try to get me going. Luckily they noticed the crack in my heat exchanger. Had they been less attentive to details that old furnace could’ve been deadly. They installed my new furnace the next day at a very reasonable price.
