Great service. Did a great job on our carpet and upholstery. Reasonably priced.

Did a wonderful job at a fair price. Was very flexible when we had a last minute reschedule.

Customer service was excellent and the carpets looked great when they left. I will be calling them back to do the stairs and possibly scotch guard my new sofa.

These guys have helped out with flooding and carpet care at our rental several times in the last year and are always extremely professional and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough!

They did a good job cleaning my sofa took about 15 minutes. Price a litttle more than expected but that is ok. What really is shocking to me is the fact that they must not be paying their help enough because I was handed a credit card receipt with a space for a 23% tip. I was told I could leave that amount or what ever I like or nothing. I was in so much shock and i was a little embarrassed to not leave that tip. I always though that a tip was to help cover the low wages of a low paid worker. i won't use or recommend again.

I just had my carpets cleaned, and I was so impressed with the quality of the service. Mike and his helper were a few minutes early. They were very friendly while they got stains out I wasn't even counting on. I am so impressed and pleased.

Loved the recent service and overall outcome we received from this business. We have an off-white, sensitive carpet that had a few pet stains and these guys worked their hearts out making sure that we ended up with carpet that looks brand new. If you want the job done right, go no further. We tried the one you see on TV and they weren't able to clean the carpets as well and left black marks behind to boot. This team will give you your money's worth and finding someone who can do the job well is worth every penny. We'll be back!

I manage a 152 unit apartment community in Grand Rapids. We have used Crystal Carpet for years. The customer service is excellent. Whenever I have emergency they are very quick to respond. Brad and Chad in the office are always very nice and understanding when I need something right away. The guys that actually come out to the property do a great job, always professional.

For years I have been using a well known company. I was confident that they were doing a great job at a good price. I was under the assumption that all companies were comparable by price and qualifications. I am mistaken. I am forever changed by going to a local company.
I had a couple of toddlers make quite a mess. I needed help to clean it up. Issac was very helpful and understanding. He was able to find a same day appointment at no extra charge.
Alex called me on his way over. Prompt, polite, solid worker. He did a fabulous job! There was no harsh chemical smell. In fact, the spot cleaner used smells like real oranges! Fresh, and clean the natural way. The carpets were not as moist as the other company. With in three hours of my call, I had fresh carpets, and no more mess. Crystal just cleaned our carpet and we are thrilled with the result. They got here quickly and the communication was excellent. We have a large dog in the house and carpets had not been cleaned for 3 years. The results are good as new looking carpet through out the house. Highly recommend this company!

We were grateful for the kind, prompt, and professional cleaning we received from Crystal Carpet Care during a quick move between offices. They left our new office smelling much better and even offered to come back at no charge if some of the spots returned after drying. I had a phenomenally filthy, shag type rug, full of cat urine and these folks really worked hard to clean this rug. I was impressed
