4 Stars — A Rocky Start with a Redeeming Finish

We needed a quick turnaround between renters, and Keep had the last-minute availability we were hoping for. Our first experience, though... wasn’t exactly sparkling. The initial cleaning fell short of what was promised—and frankly, looked like it hadn’t been done at all.

But here’s where things turned around: I called and spoke with Lee, who was responsive, understanding, and quick to make it right. He sent someone out the very next day.

Enter Deja: an absolute powerhouse. She immediately noticed everything that was missed (validating that I wasn’t just being that customer) and tackled the job with excellence—going well beyond expectations. If this review was just for Deja, it’d be a glowing 5 stars!

While our experience didn’t start strong, I really appreciated how the company honored their guarantee and made things right without hesitation. That kind of customer service counts.

Lorraine & Deja were very thorough doing a move-in clean for our family. We did a walk through before getting started to go over my main areas of concern and it was such a relief to come back to a clean house. Highly recommend!

From the first interaction, Keep was thorough, responsive and easy to book with. We had our first deep clean today and Alena was amazing! So courteous, kind, professional and left our home spotless. I feel that a huge weight has been taken off our shoulders, as we were struggling with maintaining our home with some recent health complications. Having Alena’s help has made a big impact and our house has never been this clean. Looking forward to continuing to work with Keep!

Keep A Cleaning has been a huge blessing. Sheila, is extremely thorough and leaves the house sparkling clean!!! The price is reasonable and you are always able to get ahold of somebody. They are flexible with changes in schedule and send text reminders about your upcoming cleaning 48 hours in advance. I'm truly grateful for how great the experience has been. If you're looking for someone to clean your house, Keep. A Cleaning is a great company!

Deja was thorough and tackled a lot of places that I dreaded cleaning, such as window tracks and the oven. She was also very personable and friendly. Having two young kids and a dog, there was definitely a lot of work that needed to be done and she did a great job. Would definitely recommend her services.

Laura and Kelsey are doing a deep clean on our home and they really went above and beyond to banish our dust and grime, which has been creeping up through my illnesses, but hit a head when i had a kidney transplant. Together they worked to really bring us back to a brilliant baseline that will be so much easier to maintain as i heal. Im deeply grateful.

Keep has been a wonderful company to use for my housekeeping needs. They had very good communication, flexibility in scheduling, and gave me a variety of affordable options based on specific needs. The cleaner assigned is very detailed and friendly during cleanings and has a positive attitude towards her work and this company as well. I have felt very satisfied with all aspects of these services and would highly recommend to anyone needing any type of cleaning!

With careful consideration I’ve decided to edit my review. The cleaning that I received for $432 was definitely subpar. After examining the house the next day I found that most surfaces were still dirty. Every window was dirty, the walls still had spills on them and the stove surface was still dirty. If the cleaning that we received was the usual, then I can’t recommend them for cleaning. They sent out a single person to clean who had only cleaned one house before. Another thing that I don’t like is the company gives the workers a $20 tip if they request the person they’re cleaning for to give the company a 5 star review. Not recommended.
